Shoptora 

This is a scam. I ordered a dehumidifer about a month ago and was told that the delivery would be delayed for a few weeks and would I be happy to receive an extension to the guarentee. I have asked for a refund which I am still waiting for.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Awful. Ordered a plastic bin storage. Advised it would take an extra 15-20 days for delivery. Email if accepting the order told them to cancel it and return my money. They keep sending a request from Alexandra asking for the order no. This I have given 3 times. Requested my money back twice and still awaiting. Don't bother with them. Not likely to get my money back so hence the review. Don't bother with contacting customer service as all you get is request after request for customer number. I see my post has been reported and Shoptora tell me to contact customer service. How many times do I have to contact customer services. Will be reporting to Actionfraud. Update 8/11/19. Still no refund and no contact!!!

Ordered a keter outdoor storage unit.. Price was a little to low to be true
Storage unit ordered, delivery went from 5 to 7 days to 15 to 20 days..
36 days later I'm still chasing my tail the email system..and 12 emails to date

Had to contact my credit card company now

I am very very disappointed in the service I ordered product over a month ago and still no details on when it will be delivered if it will be at all. Now all I want is my money back!

Terrible. Ordered my item 21 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried to get in contact with them three times to confirm the delivery date and still no response. Would recommend staying away from Shoptora.

Placed an order last night and the product said 5-7 days for delivery. I am sent the following email today:

We would like to thank you for your order placed on our website and confirm that it has been properly processed by our logistics department.
Due to a large number of orders on the chosen reference we inform you that the new delivery time is between 15 and 20 days.
As compensation for this delay, we offer you an extension of the warranty for an additional six months.
Please confirm your agreement by return of this letter.

They will leave you hanging for over a month with email apology offering extension warranty and then auto emails.
These people are good at this.

SCAM SCAM SCAM avoid. Took my money no item. Please do not buy from here.

Wish I had read the reviews prior purchasing!
I was also charged for an item for £135, expecting delivery in 5 days, then I was sent an email informing me of a delay with the delivery between 15-20 days with a goodwill gesture of an extended 6 month warranty. I never received the item, and on the 4th week, after many attempts of demanding a full refund, I have now been informed that the refund will take a further 14 days! I am yet to receive this also, and will be in touch with relevant departments if no refund is issued! Disappointed!

I have been waiting almost a month for an order, they not replying to emails.

Shoptora.co.uk is a SCAM .FRAUD website.

No response to numerous emails requesting a refund.
Many other complainants now detailing identical experiences of monies being taken and no delivery of purchased goods.

Police and Action Fraud notified and are now pursuing.

Ordered 5th October my card was charged then 2 days later I got an email saying that due to demand my item would be 15 to 20 days before delivery instead of the 5 to 7 advertised. I have spent the last few days trying to get a meaningful response to my request for a delivery date. Customer service is appalling the last response referred me to the delay email. They can’t even count to 20. 1 star is to much for this cowboy company. Keep away from them. I will be contacting my cc company tomorrow for a refund

Update 5 Nov: Shoptora now showing 887 stock of the swing I ordered but no sign or update about the 1 that I ordered!!!

Disgusted! Even tho I've had a few replies to countless emails , I've had neither a refund or my order.

Order never came, refund hasn't been given. Its been about 4 weeks or more now, and nothing. No contact number, has to be a fake company. Don't order from them.

It’s been a really bad experience!! First we were given a delivery time of 5-7days. Now it has been over a month and I’ve been told it’s in the European territory and it was shipped from China. I’ve asked for a refund but they tried to persuade me that item is already on its way but it’s not. I wonder if anyone who ordered from them actually got their items. This is a PROPER SCAM!!

They did replied to me always.Problem is with the delivery of the item we ordered,it says 5-7 days on the site but after you order they send a message saying that your order will arrive in 20 days but again it won't arrive....Then we start freaking out and think this is a scam....I have asked for a refund after waiting for 20 days for my order to arrive and they said I will be refunded in 15 daysssss....Pffff...Why don't you just post the real time of delivery????15 days,1 month,3 months etc?This way the customer knows what to expect...Should be illegal to keep someone's money for so long!!!0
