After managing to catch 2 reviews on here as the rest have been deleted, I have came to the conclusion that I won’t be receiving the item I paid for one month ago. Meant to be 5-7 days delivery. Then told could be 20. It has been 4 weeks. Been given a tracking number that takes me to China post to be told it does not exist. They have now stopped answering my messages. Anyone any advice on how to deal with this before it gets deleted? I know the comments say contact through website but I have tried they’re just not answering now.

Well - at least there are now 2 recent reviews that haven't been "reported" by Shoptora - every other one has been. I notice that Shoptora has now "claimed" the company - but there is no contact details for it - except "France"! Any reputable company with nothing to hide would show its contact address, telephone number and email address for customer contact. I still haven't received my order from them, or had any acknowledgment about delivery. It's a scam. I wonder how long this will stay up?

I ordered an item from this Shoptora.co.uk when they said delivery 5 to 7 days on their website and i received an email from them next day delivery is 15 to 20 days.
After reading other reviews from victims like me i realised this company is a scam. They took your money and they dont get in touch with you with a tracking number that you can track your item through the DPD. I contacted DPD and they responded there is no tracking number given by this company to them for my address. They even believe this is scam. So beware people. Dont shop from this website.

This company (Shoptora.co.uk) took my order and sent me confirmation of my order. My suspicion was raised when I had no option to cancel my order. I sent them an email which they ignored. I then researched them and discovered that other people had used them and were unhappy. The initial agreement was that I would receive my order between 5-7 days of purchase. Through this site I discovered that the scam would include an updated email informing me that I would have to wait an additional 20-30 days for my purchase - I received the email this morning. I emailed the company telling them I was going to my bank to recoup my money, I was going to the police and that I would be informing trading standards to have them blacklisted if they didn't respond to me - they haven't. I am not expecting to receive my order.
It's been 14 days and I have had no response from this company. However, I did receive a full refund from my bank after I raised an issue about this company! Beware though folks, the reason they give you a 20-30 day waiting time is because after 4 weeks you can't claim from your bank.

I thought I would update my review below. I did not receive the goods I ordered, and neither did I receive a promised refund. The people operating this company (EUROTEXT Import SAS) are criminals and fraudsters, manifest in the complete absence of any goods actually being delivered to customers, and the fact that when legal action is threatened - the name of the web site changes - in this case from shoptora.co.uk to shopora.co.uk, and you cannot contact them anymore. This company has also failed to receive even ONE positive recommendation across ALL of its operating web sites (now including cartbright.uk, and shopora.co.uk). It must be something of a record! What is more worrying is how TrustPilot is dealing with this. They continue to let this fraudulent company report each and every negative review - and then take weeks to review them, leaving them redacted. In the meantime, you - the customer - continue to get ripped off by these websites. So do as I did - and complain vigorously to the Compliance Team at TrustPilot - they need to do much better, especially when they are notified of what is going on.

I am a bona fide customer of this web site company. I placed an order to receive an electronic item (an Amazon 4K Fire Stick) on 4 October 2019, with payment taken very quickly. On placing the order and giving payment details, including my email address, the web page stated I would receive a confirmatory email of the order. I didn't. I took a screen shot of the purchase however, and have this as evidence. I then received an email from Shoptora.co.uk telling me that instead of the item being delivered within 5-7 days, the item I had ordered would now be delivered in 15-20 days "Due to a large number of orders on the chosen reference we inform you that the new delivery time is between 15 and 20 days. As compensation for this delay, we offer you an extension of the warranty for an additional six months. Please confirm your agreement by return of this letter." I duly replied and asked firstly, for a confirmatory invoice, but accepted the new delivery schedule. I received no response, and have now written a further 2 emails using the company's own web form on their web site contact page - on each occasion asking for an update to the order and delivery details. The last one was today, only some 7 days before delivery is due. The lack of any response is worrying, as is the number of web sites operated by the lead company associated with them called "EUROTEXT IMPORT" with a registered address at 58 Avenue de Wagram in Paris 17, and run by a lady called Mme KAHINA OUADFEL (Please Note - this information is already in the public domain - and is available from French Company Records). There are a lot of negative reviews suggesting that these sites take orders and process payment, and then don't deliver any goods - the other sites are deal-finity.com; bestendeals.de; city-rider.de;and kid-car-corner.de. All are very similar web sites in layout and design, and all are associated with EUROTEXT IMPORT.
This review is only temporary at this stage, as the contract is not yet complete. I give only ONE STAR to reflect poor customer communication and service thus far, and a failure to respond to customer enquiries. However, if the item arrives within the next 7 days in good order - I am perfectly prepared to make a further review reflecting the complete transaction. However, as things stand with how I have been treated so far, and what I have read elsewhere about this company - there appears to be increasing evidence that it may be one of a number of "scam" sites. So - it's up to Shoptora.co.uk to prove me wrong!
It is interesting, and not a little worrying, to see that every negative review on this web site posted here so far has been reported. I hope Trustpilot has picked up on this. So my review was up overnight before being "reported" and obscured pending a compliance review by Trustpilot. I advise every reviewer to post again an edited review until this company replies with something more than "please use our online contact form". I think this is a very fair and balanced review of what I have experienced so far with this company. To say it is an insult stretches credibility. Respond to online customer requests, and send goods ordered is all that is required>

Worst company I have ever dealt with. As previous reviews say. Ordered a Bluetooth speaker on the 23rdbof September with a 5 to 7 day delivery.
Then Got an email saying there would be a delay of up to 20days. I've still not received my speaker. After numerous emails with no reply I'm about to give up.

Was promised 5-7 day delivery on an item I bought. After a few days I received an e-mail saying the new delivery time would be 15-20 days because of delays. Sure, whatever. It's since been 26 days with no product, communication or even updates on my tracking info, and their costumer service (which frustratingly can only be reached through their on-site message system) repeatedly glossed over my questions. Would not recommend.

I have repeatedly requested an update for my order through the contact link on their website and each time they have replied with either an update that proves false or tracking numbers that do not exist. I have no doubt that these people will trade until they have enough money and then just shut up shop or re-name. They advertise delivery of 5-7 days on the website and then tell you it’s coming from China.....they have only recently changed from ‘deal finity’ which they will undoubtedly do again. On first asking they told me that my order was in European customs and once cleared I would get contact from the delivery company. Then I got a tracking number and a link to the China post website. Surprise, surprise the number was not recognised. Then they said I was on the wrong website. Then they would check and get back to me....they didn’t. Finally I asked for a refund and they have ignored this request completely. ****ORDER FROM THESE CHARLATANS AT YOUR PERIL***

Ordered an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Was told delivery would be 5-7 days however I wish I’d read the reviews first. Received my standard 15-20 days for delivery email this morning.

This company is rubbish. I paid for something that they sent me an email stating they won't be able to deliver until 3 weeks later after they said within a week. Asked for a refund and I am still waiting for my money to come back to me over 21 days later. Really hope I see my money back in my account.

Been told 15-20 days informed credit card company suspected scam to get my money back

ive ordered something on the second of october. i got the same email that my order would come in 15-20 days. im waiting until the end of next week. ive emailed them three times to cancel my order but they are not answering. i was wondering if anyone knows of any ways to get my money back? i'll keep emailing them, in hopes that i'll annoy them enough and they'll answer. is there anyone that maybe got their order so i shouldnt worry? or that they made contact with them?

Looked a good deal until I Recieved an email stating instead of 5-7 day delivery it would be 15-20 days. On reading reviews seems everyone had same issue and no delivery. If I do get my item I will then give this site a 5 star rating.
2/11/19 still no delivery not holding out any hope. If no delivery by 14th told by my credit card company to call (card company) and hopefully get my money back due to this being a scam. Will update later.

For the fact they silence all customers, thats enough for me. No point in even leaving a direct review, itll only be removed. Let the stars be your guide...

I'm in the process of claiming my money back from my credit card company. All such a waste of my valuable time.
I have even contacted them via there contact form using a link on the order page, can't go wrong hey but low and behold I get an answer back several days later saying I have contacted the wrong company. I used the link and the actual receipt of order with all my details on. I have done everything as they state and nothing after I replied to the email again. I have also emailed again on Friday but nothing. No item no real response. I ordered the daik cordless vacuum. They should not be able to retract this review as I have done all the stated to do. CORRECTLY.
They still havnt replied to my email even tho they said they would within 24 to 48 hours.

Do not respond to messages. Trying to cancel but no response. Take order then say 15-20 days because of back orders. Don’t know how they are allowed to advertise on google.

I was searching for garden furniture online found this site much cheaper than amazon or any other suppliers example amazon price £159 shoptora price under £85 or 95 euros free shipping sounds too good to be true and could not find any reviews so i wont risk it mcafee shows safe site but i dont trust it.
