What a despicable company. Do not buy from these people. They have to be a scam, the message i got from them.
What is the point of keeping if its not fit for purpose.

Our factory is located in abroad ,the shipping fee will be expensive .We don't recommend you return the parcel .
How about we refund GBP 10 of the money to you without returning the item?

I ordered a pair of leggings online, which was never placed.
I contacted customer service, which never responded. I have never gotten a refund. What a scam.

Ordered a three piece set of jewelry. Only one piece came and it didn’t look nearly as nice as the pictures online. Emailed customer service several times and no one answered. At this point I don’t even want what I bought anymore, not at that price. I’d return it since the website has claims of how wonderful their return service is, but they’d have to respond to me for that to happen. I feel cheated .

Horrible experience! Ordered two items, one of which never arrived and the other one was way too small for its size. Didn’t get any support with the order, very disappointed and simply wasted $80!

It’s been over 2.5 months since I ordered a phone case and still don’t have it and they don’t reply to my emails. I think I have been scammed!

Ive been waiting for a phone case from these guys for 3 months now.. in that time I’ve purchased many things off wish which came in less that two weeks. Never purchase from this site!

Good luck buying and enjoying your amazing projector its terrible, screen projection is far worst than and old GBA. No refunds given!

Do not buy from these Cowboys,
They charge you an absolute fortune for an Item they do not make or stock themselves, They literally show a few pics of an item, say it's ( TM'd ) and tell you they will give you 50% off.

It took a very long time to receive a product that I ordered, however I have to praise their customer service representative who was very efficient and helpful in answering my enquiries.

I ordered a size too small it did take a long time to get here but they sent me a new one for free

Steer clear from this company. Shipping takes forever. If you have the time and day to wait 7+weeks for an article of clothing then this company is for you. The company is US based but gets all their products from Hong Kong resulting the 2 month to 3 month wait. It’s sucks. A lot of better alternatives in the market.

I ordered by pants at the end of December and it took a month and a half to ship here, but unfortunately it was shipped to the address. I emailed for customer service for assistance and to this day, I am still waiting for my cashmere pants. Lol

Cloud necklace, earrings and pendant are cheap products that are not fluid or how they appear.

Plus, it took weeks before it arrived.

What rip off!!!

I am so angry right now. I find this website and everything on the website looked as though it was in the UK. I even put in google search UK to ensure I was shopping in the UK. The prices are advertised in pounds, so I placed an order. It isn't until you have paid, that you are then told your goods take up to A MONTH TO BE DELIVERED add to this, the company is in the USA and then ships from Hong Kong. You will also get stung with import taxes by the UK government when the package arrives. The website does not allow you to cancel your order, which in my opinion is totally unprofessional. I have emailed them and asked them to cancel my order but I expect they will tell me it is already shipped as a lot of companies do this. Even though it has only been 1 hr since I ordered. BUYER BEWARE. If the company cancels my order I will update this review.
UPDATE* Customer service have emailed me to say they have cancelled my order and have issued a refund. I will update again if I do not receive my refund.
