Lovely shower, looks great and a very competitive price.

Fast delivery and a good price. The shower door look just like it did in the picture's.

I have yet to erect the shower however the service I received was quick and efficient.

Ordered a quadrant enclosure and a separate door for another shower.
Order procedure, pricing and delivery were excellent. Unfortunately one wrong part was delivered. However recovery concern and service were excellent and the part was changed out quickly without any drama. Quality of the parts looks good although the new showers have yet to be extensively tested.

Great Prices, had a few parts missing from initial delivery but once i emailed the company they were quick to rectify this. Ended up with a good quality shower tray!

Having ordered the shower unit I then requested delivery be delayed to fit in with an impending holiday, this was handled without any problem and a revised delivery date given to fit in with our arrangements - full marks for customer service

Bought a shower enclosure which turned out to be via a third party. Charged £50 for transportation of unit but on checking found third party delivered unit for free. Shower enclosure direct also charged me more for unit than third party charged on line so in effect a win win for them

Renewed the bathroom I thought the frame less shower cubicle will be ideal. It looks good but has little complications with the installation as the instruction where not clear .
After loads of mind shifting got it installed.
But fiddly with the door installation as it does not come with small parts like guide rollers already fitted. Door seal is bit flimsy ideal if came with robust fittings.waterproof guide railing at bottom had in complete fittings as it slides loose in the glass frame.

Sorry can’t reccommend at all. I asked to have two shower trays delivered whilst collecting one shower enclosure from a previous order. After speaking to the guy on the phone and making it clear that I needed them to be delivered inside work hours as it its a business purchase and because of the collection they ended up being delivered three doors down on a Sunday night at 7pm?!?!

So with no collection which would of saved on delivery costs i’m now stuck with a shower enclosure which i need returning which will probably cost me 50 pounds.
