Shower Enclosures Direct 

The shower tray I selected was not in stock but an alternative was sourced quickly and it was delivered the following day in time for the arrival of the tiler.

Arrived promptly. Products good and as described.

Don't believe this companies returns policy - Read the small print you are charged 25% of the cost plus the cost of Courier on a 586.00 order we have been charged £196 to return - Make sure if you use this company there is no way you may need to return the items as it can turn out to be very costly

Product OK for the price, delivery speed too slow, customer service disinterested in any effort to speed process. Claims to be 'local' supplier rather nonsensical when product comes from warehouse several hundred miles away!
Won't be buying again.

Good communication and easy to contact / order.
Delivery men start at 4am and time slot was 5am.

The information on the web site was incorrect leading to wrong item being delivered, when asked for the item to be changed was told to pay a restocking charge by very impolite person who also told me the information had now been changed, I kept the item and reordered what I wanted from a competitor .

Great prices and Very quick delivery. Minor issue with a part missing out of the box that was rectified instantly by them which gave me even more confidence in dealing with this company than a 'normal' delivery. Thank You.

Ordered a shower door and tray, having previously checked that both items were in stock. The next day received an email to say that the shower door had gone out of stock overnight and could no longer supply it. Cancelled that part of the order, but kept the shower tray which duly arrived a few days later. Very happy with the tray which has now been fitted. Did receive a sincere apology from Shower Encloures Direct re the door. On the whole a good experience apart from the hiccup.

Over the moon with the shower enclosed exactly what I was expecting. Only one complaint the £50 delivery charge which I found a bit steep.

Very pleased with the service, quality and speed of delivery

I ordered the Blue Reef Wetroom product on 8th February 2017. 2 days later a very helpful lady said that the T piece for extra support was out of stock and they would send the rest, with the T piece to follow when available. Nothing arrived, and I telephoned to question delivery, to find that your warehouse had decided to wait for the T piece before sending anything. Then the rest arrived safely, thank you, but the T piece has still not arrived, and I'm being pestered to send in a review of your service. It is now the 6th April, 2 months after the original order. I still haven't had the product erected because I'm still waiting for the T piece for extra support. Just as well it is in an annex and not in our main home. Please will you complete your delivery.

Prompt delivery and all in good condition. The Products were very good quality and look great. Very Pleased and would highly recommend.

Delivery was first class as well as communication. I am still waiting for the shower partition to be put up yet, as I am having a new bath suite put in, so cannot comment any further on the purchase at the moment

Prior to ordering I called up to ask a few questions and the staff were very helpful.
The package was a little damaged on receipt but the shower panel was fine inside.
I was missing a bracket from the top and the shower panel and they were very quick to send it out.
My only negative comment is the photo online was not exactly the same as the item I received. The photo could have been more accurate as there was an extra stability bracket at the top in the photo and not with the shower.

Excellent communications throughout. Super fast delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend.
