First Delivery did not arrive but follow up call by supplier sorted this out and delivered promptly, good quality unit fitting instructions could be improved but overall pleased with the product.

Ordered a shower tray with a riser kit and a set of shower doors. No prior contact to arrange delivery of any of the products ordered as promised on the their website, no tracking facility either. They just turned up on two seperate occasions when I was not home. When they did rearrange the delivery of the shower tray, only received the legs and the waste pipe, was then promised the shower tray to come the following week, never even arrived. Arranged the redelivery of the shower doors for that same day, had to send them back as they where smashed. Now two weeks in and have cancelled my order and am waiting for my refund. Which they will only process when they hear back from the manufacturer to see if they want the riser legs and waste pipe back .... sorry to say whole experience unacceptable

Useless, poor customer care, didn’t r care the tray was broken and couldn’t get a tray out for next day. Found a company that was cheaper, seemed to care and was able to deliver next day, products and delivery was cheaper too.

Not as simple as expected to assemble but it looks good now it is finished.
Delivery was on the pricey side , but was fast and efficient

I fitted the Bath shower screen for a friend i found it of good quality and easy to fit and my friend is very happy with it

terrible delivery fiasco - was given day after day of missed delivery confirmations, had people waiting in for a week.delivery arrived to my complete surprise at 6pm on a saturday just as i was about so go to a wedding do!. one delivery driver in a rented
pannel van & he was about 9st wet through.i had to change & help him carry the goods as the shower try weighed 66kg on its own so don't know how he was expecting to do it on his own.i am an experienced plumber with 30+ years & this has been one of the poorest service tray was marked & had bowed due too being strapped up in the van for a week.stored the tray level for a week with some weight & its was level enough.have lived with a small chip in the tray as h]did not have the stomach
to go through any more hassle
