Pretty straight forward service excellent product.

Thought delivery charge was a tad excessive but on arrival could see why, extremely well packed took nearly as long to access it as it did to install it. The screen was excellent especially for the price, all the fittings were sealed in a vacuum pac and fitted perfectly on my wall which must be a good 20mm out. Looks class now installed, would not hesitate to use this company again.

Good quality well priced product. Had issues with the delivery company they use (XDP Express), item was week late being delivered. Simon and Josh were very friendly and helpful in trying to sort out this issue.
Otherwise, it would have been 5 Stars.

My daughter needed a space saving bath shower screen for her very small bathroom. This (folding) type proved to be ideal and is a good, solid product.

We have bought two shower trays and enclosures from this site and are pleased with the product, we were not sure what to buy so phoned and we were dealt with a very helpful knowledgeable chap, we would certainly recommend this site to anyone looking for bathroom fixtures.

Bought shower enclosure and was messed around wholesale by delivery company they use. Item arrived damaged (shower tray). Could get past that as put next to wall. Told by delivery company they would sort it with showersenclosure direct (aka blue bear) shower door touched toilet when being installed and shattered. Ring blue bear and they don't do spares so have to buy enclosure again and deal with the delivery Cowboys . Attitude to it all was suck it up.
So I asked why they use an unreliable pallet company, well they just do. I asked was there a way I could avoid using the pallet company as they don't deliver on time or contact the customer, answer nope. Had to order new unit and use the Cowboys at a cost of £50. Dos the pallet company send me a single message? No, they delivered on the off chance , thanks shower enclosures, I said I didn't want to use the cowboy delivery and they loved up to there reputation. YOU choose them to deliver and let the customer down (again)

Easily installed. My only criticism is on the instructing sits showning square legs for the base.
The ones that came with my base were the round ones. Fitted nicely after 'fiddling' about - the square would have been better and solid.
Other than that really happy.
