Really pleased with my purchase! 👍🏻

My order was delivered to the wrong address, left on a driveway when I was assured it needed signing for after a number of telephone calls to check delivery status! I had to arrange to collect my order from somebody's house and still was charged delivery, when I called to say I was still waiting I was told it was delivered and had to go and find where my screen had gone, when I advised that it had gone to the wrong address I was told at least we know where it is! I have requested a refund but am still waiting. Not impressed with the service.

We ordered two of these for some holiday apartments and they were easy to fit and look great!

Great shower enclosure which was a good price and easy to fit. Quick delivery too despite us living in the very north of Scotland.

The screen was fitted by builders so I cannot comment on how easy it was to fit but they didn't complain so it must have been fine. It looks great-we like the curved edge because it matches our curved ceiling. Very clear glass and easy to keep clean. Makes a good seal with the bath edge so it keeps the water in. Swivels smoothly and we leave it across the bath most of the time to dry the bottom seal to avoid mould etc building up there. Had it for 2mo now.

Fantastic price, the plumbers were really pleased with the quality, as they had asked us to buy the showers from a plumbers merchants, which was 4 times the price of Shower Enclosures Direct. Local Cornish company too, so even better. Really helpful when arranging delivery.

I originally placed an order but for some reason the order did not go through, anyway I made contact with Katie at Bluebeardirect and she was able to go to great lengths to sort out the problem and managed to give me the exact Shower Screen I wanted.

The shower screen arrived much quicker that anticipated and it was well packed. I was sent an email by Katie informing me of every stage and phone calls too.

I am really pleased and happy with my shower screen it was purchased to fit into our new on suite bathroom in our new loft bedroom. I could not be happier with the service that I received and the screen was well worth the money. All the parts were enclosed and nothing lacking. It was fitted yesterday and it looks great.

I would definitely recommend this company and their customer service, is second to none well done Katie she is a real asset to her company.

I wish more people would take customer service to another level just like Katie who is obviously very passionate about her job and how she does it.

I had the misfortune to buy an enclosure fromshower enclosure. I only wanted the enclosure as I had the base. The base was 1200 x 800 rectangle dueto a miss understandingbetween myself and shower enclosure and at the time a poor web site I bought a quadrant enclosure unknown to myself. On opening the package this was discovered on enquiry to shower encosure I was told I can have a refund if I return the enclosure as the haulage cost as much as the enclosure what is the point.
My greivance is I informed the sales lady what I wanted there was no mistake in that but I still ended up with the wrong item and shower enclosure total lack of customer care has left a rotten taste with this company
