After a call to the office the staff pointed me in the right direction for what I needed to complete the job. Ordering was easy and my shower enclosure arrived as expected complete with all the parts necessary to put it in. Directions were great and easy to follow and the final product looks great and works well. Overall a great company with a great product.

The shower enclosure is of a good quality and easy to install and was delivered within the timescale promised.

They could do with changing the delivery company if the unhelpfulness of the delivery driver is standard for the delivery company

I judge a company by how it reacts when things go wrong and after a little hick-up with the couriers this company were straight on the case and sorted everything out without a problem. Could no fault them.

Quick next day delivery had a bent wall profile on my bath screen, I did expect to be fobbed off as I hadn't checked the delivery but they sent out a replacement straight away and only asked for a picture of damage for proof. Thanks again, I'd definitely recommend this shop.
