I love my new shower head, my skin and hair feels so soft. I made an error ordering filters and customer service we're brilliant.

I’m really pleased with our Purestream shower head. We have a little more pressure than our previous standard one. We can feel a difference with hair and skin feeling slightly softer too and not itchy, so seems the filtration is stopping a lot of the chemicals from the water.
The shower head has good options depending on how powerful you want it.

The service was really good too - dispatched quickly and arrived in a few days.

Overall, really impressed!

Great quality product that improves my daily shower experience. Choice of flow settings and is a real benefit if you have low water pressure. Good service in getting the order processed.

Beware! They offer a 60 day guarantee on their product but for 2 weeks I have been trying to get information on how to return the shower head but all I’m getting is a reply 3-4 days later asking me the same questions when I have already stated I’m not happy with pressure and I want my money back. If this continues I will be going through my bank with a charge back.

I have not received the showerhead and despute tracking the item for some weeks (with the delivery date repeatedly pushed back for no reason provided), the tracking suddenly reported it had been delivered. It had not and still not received. I emailed the company five days ago and no reply at all. Very disappointed.

Automatically adds a second item "on offer" after you check out (I did double-check before I paid). Then immediatelty contacted the customer service which is surprisingly only available by email, and never got a reply.

Quick delivery, however the shower head is not brilliant with the low pressure of water. I only bought it as it was described as being good for low pressure.

This shower head is actually really good, it gives really high pressure, which I lacking before and the different settings are an added bonus!

Whilst at present I don’t have an issue with the product, I do have a complaint about their customer service. It is non existent. Having ordered the wrong product initially I tried to change it within an hour of realising my mistake and prevent its dispatch. This fell on deaf ears. Despite their promise of a reply to customer concerns within 24hrs I am now weeks on, 4 emails later and left with an unwanted product. They have not even had the courtesy to reply to any of my emails. Subsequently I’m financially down.
Make sure you order the correct product initially and hope you’re satisfied with it when it arrives as you will never be able to return it or get a refund!!

If only I’d read the reviews on Trust pilot before purchasing a showerhead! There was poor communication by email with no purchase price on the email confirmation. Delivery time was about 10 days. The showerhead is faulty and drips. I have tried to contact them to return it but have had no response even though their website says they will respond within 24 hours. Please don’t waste your money like I did!

Terrible product. Very poor quality plastic and the pressure is actually less than my current shower head. Zero response to emails. Extremely poor service despite all those ‘genuine’ reviews in instagram!!!

This company sells cheap shower heads, advertises a returns policy but then ignores all emails. They are disgraceful and ripping people off.

We had an electric shower fitted hoping that the water pressure would be good, it wasn't, I found a fan shower head on showery, it is amazing, I enjoy having a shower as this has transformed the water pressure into a really good shower, already recommended to my family and also the plumber who fitted the shower to give info to his other clients having same issues.

Shower pressure with my existing shower head wasn’t awful just very mediocre. Wanted to get improved pressure and showery delivered exactly the same mediocre shower pressure combined with exceptionally cheap feeling build quality. Total waste of money.

Shower head doesn’t fit took ages to be delivered, now I want a refund I’ve emailed them no response so left with something I can’t use awful avoid

I ordered a shower head holder from the company but it was unfortunately faulty upon arrival. When I unpacked the item to fit it onto the wall near the shower, it immediately broke making it unusable. The item was very flimsy unfortunately. I contacted the company immediately using their Contact Form via the website but had no response. I repeated this action a week later and have also sent two emails but, to date, have had no satisfactory response regarding a refund. Extremely poor customer service. I understand an item can be faulty and if I had received help/support regarding a replacement item or offer of a refund then I would have been happy but the level of disregard is shocking.
