My experience with Showery has been dreadful & I would not recommend dealing with them. I purchased a shower head. It did not fit my shower so I cannot comment on the product. But trying to return the product and get a refund has been a woeful experience. The company will not respond to emails & I cannot find a phone number. My attempts to secure a fund continue . . . . what a sham

The shower head was useless - restricting water flow immensely (even though I got the flow boost version). Used once then installed a simple one from Victoria Plumbing and the flow is much better. Cold water sits in the shower head after use and can’t be drained until you remove the whole shower head. This means your next shower would be cold because there’s no way to push out the cold water. Plus there is filtered water sitting there breeding legionnaires 🤢. While I was waiting for their protracted returns process (where they tried to tell me to shoot a video of the shower head not working and offered partial refunds) I had dried the shower head in the utility room and noticed the chrome peeling away! After one single use and no cleaning products! I can’t imagine it would last more than a couple of weeks.

Was recommended Showery for a shower head that had an in built filter and worked with a power shower.

When I received the shower head it did not have any filter plus the quality of gen product looked like was made by someone’s 3d printer (maybe they all are now)?

Anyway no problem I’ll just contact Showery to point this out and for them to send a cotton filter. Website contact us says answer back in 24 hours. Lo and behold it’s been a week and no response nada. Not even a phone number to call.

Unfortunately I have to leave this review and wish I had checked TP before ordering with them. I can’t even return it as I have no response.

Ordered a shower head from this company, the quality was very poor and decided to return it. You can only email this company as do not list a telephone number.After numerous emails I have sent them they have still not replied. Wish I had read the reviews first, steer clear of this company and read other reviews.

Disgusting fraudulent company. "Showerhead" sent was a peice of junk im presuming from somewhere like pounds land(too cheap for shein). Ive since ordered a much better Showerhead from shein for 1/4 of the cost. Came much quicker and had free returns too. Showery claims to be based in uk but it's a chineese company that takes ages to arrive and doesn't offer free returns(shein is also from china but offers both of these things!) Once you email showery asking to return expect replies that takes multiple weeks. They clearly don't want you to return the junk! They also delete bad reviews/comments off their Facebook and instagram. Most their posts say like 5 comments etc but when you click on them there is 0 comments. They are clearly deleting bad comments reviews as pretty much every post says a certain amount of comments that aren't there! Avoid just get a new showerhead from shein much better quicker delivery and offer free returns. This company does not offer free returns it only wants you to keep their overpriced junk!

Shower head purchased and not working as intended. ShoweryUK has not responded on a request to return and refund the item

My experience was not trouble-free. I ended up with two shower heads because a discount offer pops up seconds after the first order is confirmed. No doubt this was my mistake but it was annoying. I asked Showery to cancel the unwanted second order but they seemed unable or unwilling to do this. I knew the shower head wasn't for me immediately; the spray is very fine and there was no improvement to my water pressure. It took about eight weeks to get Showery's customer service to engage with my repeated requests for help in arranging to return the shower heads; I ended up begging for a response (no phone number provided as other customers will know) and finally got an apologetic reply from the customer sales manager. She took the matter in hand, provided the necessary details for returning the shower heads and organised my refund, which came through in about a week. It's hard to tell if Showery are overwhelmed by orders or indifferent to customers's problems once an order has been paid for. Whatever the explanation the company is either inadequately staffed or otherwise unable to provide the service promised in their ads and on the website. As usual, communication is the key and Showery must work on theirs. My order was acknowledged on February 24th and my refund was in my bank on May 7th. To sum up: Could do Better.

Delivered on time and exactly the product required. Dreadful water pressure in the house and fitted to a bath tap which the existing tap was unable to be used, this product worked well enabling the pressure to be enough to use with the tap.

I order a new showerhead on the 4th April. I have reached out to this company 6 times since then. I had one response saying they did not have my address for the order (not sure how they can then claim on the tracker it has been delivered). I gave the info to them 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting. I never write bad reviews, but at this point they are ignoring me and have effectively stolen my money.

Seems a good product it does what they say, bought it as I don't have a power shower. It has different settings and a button to stop water flow while the tap is turned on

Shower head perfect for our situation, improved pressure. Different settings work well and no issues.

Would have been better if product came with washers.

Delivery was not as prompt as expected, courier delayed shipment for over 10 days from when I received notification that product went to courier before it was transmitted to the final destination.

The shower head is perfect just what we ordered. Took a bit of time getting here but not too bad prob the postal company .

Despite a little confusion on my side I must admit if if didn’t perform it would have gone straight back but it worked so well that Ihave given my son the second one I bought because his water pressure is not the best.

Just like it said, much better pressure from an electric shower. Easy to assemble, brilliant.

Great product. My only concern was how long it took to arrive. I was beginning to think I had been scammed. It did eventually turn up after a few weeks. I am impressed with the quality, so much so I have ordered something else. Two weeks waiting and has not arrived. Hoping it comes soon!

Love the shower , our water pressure is very low and this shower has made it so a shower is enjoyable again

I ordered not really expecting it to make any difference but it really has helped with low pressure!

Feels like a scam. The items received were terrible. It’s been 2 weeks since I emailed for a return and no reply

I’m changing this to a three star review from one star. Please see initial review and then my updated edit at the end:

Very very poor. Showerhead took nearly 2 weeks to arrive by which time I realised it was being shipped direct from China - always bad news. Sure enough the ‘turbo’ shower head was made of low grade plastic which clearly cost pence to make. No promised filter either. Attached to shower hose. Leaks springing out everywhere. Water pressure abject. Managed to plug leaks by using seal from old showerhead. Pressure worse than the standard head I was replacing. If this was a tenner from Amazon I’d just return it but it was £40 (‘reduced’ from £85… as if… there’s a sneaky ploy.) Then again Amazon would generate a return no questions asked. It took a couple of days to get a response but I have had one email asking me to send a video of the problem, to see if they can ‘help solve my problem’ (ie not generate a return and refund.) My guess is that this is a rubbishy Chinese company with a British sounding front face. Reading other negative reviews I can say that’s forty quid I won’t see again. PLEASE don’t use this company - if you are dissatisfied you will get no redress and be out of pocket.
Edit.After writing this I was amazed to receive a reply to my email offering to send out a replacement head of a different model better for low pressure. (But not a return and refund). Communication was good and a replacement shower head sent out which arrived within a few days. Mysteriously the new showerhead is much better quality than the first one - it fits, doesn’t leak and the pressure is possibly better and certainly no worse. I still think £40 is a lot for an ok showerhead… I don’t know why the first one was such poor quality but it seems Showery is a bit hit and miss as a company 🤔

Terrible….product took a while to be delivered. Changed the shower head and tested the product.
No improvement in pressure compared to my shower head so decided to contact the company for advice.
Have sent multiple emails to the company asking them to recommend another of their products and information on how to return the shower head.
No response at all. There is no phone number for the company only contact by email. Also stated you can only receive information on how to return an item by emailing the company.
Still trying to contact the company!!
