Terrible….product took a while to be delivered. Changed the shower head and tested the product.
No improvement in pressure compared to my shower head so decided to contact the company for advice.
Have sent multiple emails to the company asking them to recommend another of their products and information on how to return the shower head.
No response at all. There is no phone number for the company only contact by email. Also stated you can only receive information on how to return an item by emailing the company.
Still trying to contact the company!!

Shower head is not working as it should , I have completed the on-line form 3 times , emailed 7 times , first time was the day after I received it , no one has come back to me , it states on the website 24 hour response , I need to send back for a refund and no one is coming back to me , it’s been a week and a half now , please get back to me this is very unfair.

Delivery okay. Quite impressed with the performance of the shower head. Improved the pressure. Daughter-in-law has thick hair, whereas the previous shower took a long time to rinse products out, this one was much quicker. Saving a lot water.
Only negative is, look of product. It looks and feels cheap, but the performance compensates.

Would give zero stars if possible. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Looks like it is run by a Romanian gang conducting fraud on a large scale. Been over a month, no sign of any product being received. The company does not even have a phone number and emails are unanswered. Check Companies house seems like this fake company is run by two Romanian individuals. Stay away from Showery Bristol. Fake fake fake.

We bought two shower heads, should have only been one we asked if we could return them both as ordering two was a mistake and they are no good with our power shower system. All they said was we needed to send a video, surely if the product isn’t right for we should be able to get a refund ?

Great products the shower heads really do boost the pressure, I like them so much I bought 2 different ones and both great!! Good discounts and quality products

Purchased this after seeing Facebook advert for shower head. I normally avoid social media adverts because the products tend to be wildly exaggerated in their claims and take an age to be delivered ( usually from China !) . However Showery ar a UK Company and were making claims of perceived water pressure enhancements from electric showers. For this reason I purchased one of their recommended heads. I have to say, after fitting the head, I am very impressed. A real improvement to the pressure of my shower. The delivery of my purchase took a tad longer than expected ( over 10 days) but I think this was more to do with the delivery firm they use. All in all , a worthwhile purchase that actually lived up it's advertising promises.

I ordered a filter shower head. Took ages to arrive, despite money leaving my account immediately. When it did arrive, there was no filter. I made several attempts to contact customer service. Eventually they responded and asked me to send photographs, which I did. They offered to send out a filter. it still hasn't arrived. I have tried emailing again, but received an email undeliverable message!! Although they are called Showery UK, I think items are shipped from China. Their marketing emails come through daily, yet their customer service is extremely slow/non-existent

Was sceptical at first as I’d tried other shower heads that claim to improve water pressure and they were always disappointing. My Showery head is different, immediately noticed the difference and it feels like a much more powerful shower now. The construction feels quality and study and not made of cheap plastic and parts.

Ordered a shower accessory which unfortunately did not fit. Contacted Showery, via email and website, to arrange a return/refund in line with their promise of “return if not completely satisfied”. No acknowledgment or response to numerous messages. No phone number on website so unable to contact them to complain. Avoid!!

What a difference this new shower head made.
The water pressure has never been great in our new bungalow but a change from the standard electric shower head to a showery one (shower head with little balls in) has made a fabulous improvement to the low pressure supply.
We actually feel like we are having a shower now......great product highly recommended.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!! They are based in China !! The product took 2 weeks to arrive and is terrible. You will have to pay postage to China to return it !!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Take your money, you wait ages for the delivery. They promise a 60 day refund, however, when you try to contact them for a refund, you either get no reply or an email that says send a video !!
PLEASE DO NOT GET CONNED BY THESE PEOPLE - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND OFFER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE

This is a scam company!!! It doesn’t work and they don’t let you return - feels illegal? I had issues from the start as I needed one shower head but the check out was confusing and made it seem like I could get a discount on my shower head whereas it was upselling me a second one at a lower price. I accidentally bought two and asked if they could refund me for the second - they said it wasn’t possible but I could return it once I recieved the product. I then tried the product at home, it didn’t work so I emailed customer services asking how I could return it (there is no details online) and they replied asking for a video, which I sent, they then offered to send a replacement which is hilarious because it’s clearly not a faulty unit it’s the product itself that doesn’t work and now they have ghosted me. My last email from 3 weeks ago has been ignored!!

No stars should be an option where Showery are concerned. Absolutely appalling
Do not buy from Showery UK unless you want to lose your money as you will be totally ignored if you simply want to return something. This company is impossible to contact & radio silent when it comes to customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!

I’m really disappointed in myself for not checking the reviews of this company before ordering. I paid over £30 for an extremely cheap piece of plastic which took a long time to arrive.It made precisely zero difference to the pressure of my shower. I have now started what is clearly going to be the long and ultimately pointless process of trying to get a refund. I now realise that the “24/7 UK customer service” is a myth and that this is just another drop shipping operation set up by some unscrupulous folk in China. These kind of outwardly very convincing websites seem to be springing up everywhere, buyers beware. I am surprised at the number of positive reviews on here and I rather suspect they have found some way of getting around trust pilots system, might be worth investigating TP? P.S. they don’t exist on companies house register, despite giving a UK address for their business. Postscript, I have eventually received a full refund after a lot of email exchanges so I will temper my review slightly with regards to their service. I still maintain that the product I received was extremely poor quality and was totally unfit for purpose.

My order took too long to arrive. Given there was an issue with the courier losing my order soon after dispatch. They escalated it themselves and eventually resolved it. However, before the resolution, I emailed Showery to alert them of the situation, and to this day I've had no response from them, which would make me think twice before ordering from them again. The shower head is great though, and works perfectly and as described, so I truly hope it lasts.

I’ve been trying to get hold of this company to arrange a return and I’m being completely ignored and no other way to contact except email or form on website. No contact number! Very bad - do not order from this company!!
