Very poor customer service
I ordered a shower head holder from the company but it was unfortunately faulty upon arrival. When I unpacked the item to fit it onto the wall near the shower, it immediately broke making it unusable. The item was very flimsy unfortunately. I contacted the company immediately using their Contact Form via the website but had no response. I repeated this action a week later and have also sent two emails but, to date, have had no satisfactory response regarding a refund. Extremely poor customer service. I understand an item can be faulty and if I had received help/support regarding a replacement item or offer of a refund then I would have been happy but the level of disregard is shocking.
Dreadful customer service. Cheap product.
I bought a showerhead which was advertised as a product that would increase my water pressure. It did not bu any stretch of the imagination. I contacted them via e mail the day after it arrived in order to return it. I have since e mailed 6 times and they have not replied. I have now taken legal action and also requested my bank to apply for a charge back. Using various tools on my computer I have serious doubts about the quality of this very cheap feeling product. Beware please if you need to contact them. They do not respond.
You can ask your bank to raise a charge back which has a more than reasonable chance of getting your money back. Also the Consumer Rights legislation can be invoked. Its worth the research for this and future reference.

Terrible customer service when products are faulty.
I purchased 3 shower heads:- one for our home and 2 others for our children.
Our shower head (the most expensive one) had a loose button which I reported including photo evidence two months ago..
Mia from Showery has now failed to provide a replacement THREE times, despite claiming "it is already with our courier and on its way to you".
I have never received any contact from a courier, nor have showery ever contacted me to say what the problem is.
I have now asked for a full refund...
Still no reply. 😱

seem to be reading the same experiences with customer service if you wish to return unwanted goods. I accidentally ordered 3 shower heads purely because I didn't get any order confirmation and didn't think the purchases went through. Anyway, I've been trying to get ahold of CS for over a week with no response. i so poor

Do not buy from this company all reviews are fake they take down negative ones. Shower head lasted 4 weeks no customer service SCAM AVOID
Cheap in quality, terrible customer experience
Showerhead holder looks nice but only lasted a couple of weeks. Filters were the wrong size and way to expensive for what they are, never heard back from customer service. Shipping took very long. Unhappy. I would avoid buying anything here take your money elsewhere
Dodgy company
Beware this company is not in a Business Centre it uses a £15pm virtual office. Returns to this address could be unsafe. Definitely tries to give the image of a legitimate business.
The shower head came eventually . It was worse than my old shower head - i think it is a water saving head, it is just like showering in a light mist.
I emailed about returning a week ago no response . Now I see the other reviews and realise it is a not UK company and I 've been had.
I was going to return today but will go to my credit card company first .

Great buying experience
Great buying experience. Website gave clear info. Buying process was straightforward, communication excellent. Shower head does what it say - filtrates hard water and it came in fun simple packaging. Altogether an extremely positive experience and would recommend.
Scam like check out
I've purchased a new shower head and feel like I've been scammed into ordering a second after checkout with a second page offering a discounted second item. The page is very confusing and by clicking continue it bills you again and there's no way to cancel without emailing them. No response to my email 48hrs later and I'm feeling very frustrated.

Terrible customer service. Honestly, I ordered two showerheads. One of them was leaking water from the top. So I sent them a message on their contact us page on the website. Got no response. Two days later, I emailed them. I got no response. Another two days after that, I emailed and wrote on their contact form. No response. The shower head replacement that did work was alright. It wasn't as powerful as I thought it would be. In fact, there wasn't much of a difference from the one I purchased on Amazon, but this customer service is appalling. If you order andyou want to contact them, good luck. Now I have to Contact my credit card company and do a chargeback. What a waste of time.

Great until you need to report a product that has failed within its warranty period and they ignore all of your contact attempts.
Shocking
Shocking. Wanted to return a shower head as there website stats free non hassle returns. What a shambles. Offers me a refund to keep the product witch i agreed to. 5 days on and still ne refund. Contacted my bank to dispute. And reported to trading standards. Also the identical shower head i payed £70 for is £16.99 on amazon and that includes a pipe.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service, lack of response and product looks cheap and didn’t improve water pressure. Still waiting a refund, going to claim back through credit card company now.

Waiting and waiting for my refund. Almost feels as though the 'customer service' dept. are laughing at me with their ignorance/lack of comms. The refund amount I'm due is almost £50. Wish I'd never heard of these people. Oh. Reason for my return in the first place - poor quality products with a very cheap look & feel to them.

I am extremely disappointed that despite multiple emails, I am still being ignored and have not received any proper response regarding my complaint.
I have now contacted Citizens Advice Consumer Service, and they advised me on the next steps regarding this matter. If I continue to receive no response from your company, the issue may be escalated further.
I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution without the need for further action.

After only 3 months of use my shower head has fallen apart.
The bottom of the stop button has come adrift from my Showery 5 mode showerhead and water is now pouring out everywhere apart from where it should. Consequently, the shower cannot be used.
There is no contact number for their office so email or online form us the only way to make contact.
Their website states “All emails will be answered within 24 hours”. I emailed Showery UK – on 10/5/26 and got no reply, so a day later I then completed an online form. I eventually got a bot generated reply on 15/5/26 promising dispatch details for a replacement.
11 days after my original email I am without dispatch details and more importantly still without a working shower.
