First time using Shurgard and very impressed. Location is excellent and the site is very clean and well presented. Long time since I used self storage so technology is more advanced. But worried I might have some issues using the app and all the codes for access but my move in went smoothly which was really helped by the assistant Rebecca who was exceptionally helpful (thanks Rebecca!) and provided excellent service. Also like the fact that it stays open for longer so you can access early and later outside office hours. Lovely experience and would highly recommend.
