Was looking online for storage this locations near my home, the security set up and the clean and secure site makes me feel at ease knowing things are safe Elton and Rebecca made this a trouble free experience 5 stars isn’t enough thank you both for making this simple!

Rebecca was very lovely. She processed everything quickly and smoothly. Rebecca is very calm, very cheerful and always had a smile which made the experience pleasant. Would recommend this location. The staff are very helpful and friendly and if you need a question they will not hesitate to answer and help you out. Superb service.

Knew all her stuff showed me the unit and how to enter and exit the right way. Was clear in answering my questions.

Very happy with Shurgard in Barking. We initially chose one unit that was smaller than we needed. We asked for some help regarding what to do and we were helped to choose a larger unit. We were very happy with all aspects of using Shurgard for storage and the customer service was great. Elton was a real star and explained everything to us as this was the first time we have used self storage.

Elton and Rebecca were lovely. Elton was very helpful throughout the registration process and showing us to our unit.

Rebecca was great to get me all set up in minutes! She gave me a tour of the place and made sure I had everything I needed.

Elton did a great job with making sure I got the best space suited to my requirements, going above and beyond to find the right unit.

Staff at premises is nice and helpful.Elton, Jane and Siobhan are shining stars. However I am disappointed and let down by the security in place. I have to buy a lock for around £15 from store as it was recommended still my locker was broke and stuff stolen from.
I will see how things progress and going forward if the systems in place are improved by taking solid steps to provide ‘sure guard’

Very friendly staff. Rebecca was very nice to talk to.

The building is clean and fresh and access to the individual lockups are secure and easy with the help of the large trolleys provided. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. I think my stuff will be safe here.

If I could rate it less I would. I started 76 for the smallest storage they've got. Then it went up to 86 and now it's 106 every month.
Liberties is what I think they are taking.

Yeah all good in terms of cleanness and how to access their website but the way they put their prices after few month.

I've advised them on moving out date and have moved out on time just to be charged for month ahead the next day. Wasn't expecting to be charged and it was very inconvenient in terms of my finance. Their response is pretty poor, we are sorry, we have no complaint procedure as we are not regulated by any governing body. We can only apologise, you will have the money back eventually ...... Wow. If you are not regulated and this is they way you put thing right when you have clearly made a mistake, I wish you all the best for the future. I simply do not trust you and will never use your facility again.

from day 1 I was given excellent service; ladies were not only helpful, but also very patient showing me quite a few storage places before I have made my mind... the storage place is well maintained and protected, communication is very good (both by phone and by email...

A truly amazing process if booking online, bringing ID to storage location shown by a truly dedicated superb host Jane to the unit and been able to move all items to the storage in a matter of seconds. Best experience as a first time storage renter. Thank you Jane soo much for making us very welcome.
