Easy and quick. For those in need instantly I recommend to use the Shurgurad. Staff are help and informative. For first month price is reasonable.

I had a busy schedule that day and Alex the customer Service attended to me with clear instructions guide, step by step on how I can complete the application, see up my account and app. I move my luggage with so much ease.

Poor explanation and communication from the reception staff. Not very friendly and helpful.

Safe and secure place customer service was good

It is my first time to use a storage facility and staff members have been helpful.
The downside is from 9pm i can’t access to my storage and it affect people like me who finish work a bit late in a evening.

I have to pay over 500£ just for placing my 15 days notice one day late . Extornist money ! Be careful while choosing this company I prefer safestore or attic now . There are other more competitor which are affordable .
Sometime trollies are missing there is no onsite staff after 6 . Signals is big problem as their entry system works on mobile if you don’t have signals you need to go out again and again inorder to use their entry system !

I was struggling to download the app but the person at reception helped me and went through the all process with me .
I felt valued and I would recommend shurgard to anyone.

Staff very helpful and process very smooth. They always respond to my queries in a prompt manner.

The ease of booking the storage space and the online tools gauge the amount of storage needed were invaluable. There was great service when we got to the place to complete the booking and being shown around how everything works with useful information provided by the team.

Staff is super friendly, and the facility is amazing. Most importantly, it feels secure, since you have to authenticate a couple of times each time you enter the building. Would definitely recommend others too. They have a 1-month £1 offer for any locker, you just pay for the extras.

When I got to the reception desk on Tuesday, 16 January 2024, I was greeted by the receptionist, James. He is a very friendly man, he went through all of the instructions with me. I would recommend James for good customer service.

I booked a storage at a local Shurgard but was unable to due to a change in circumstances. The staff were brilliant regarding the cancellation and sorting out the situation.

Great service from the team as always. Shurgard is very convenient - quick sign up and excellent flexibility for unit changes and move out dates.

Alex helped me really well with the move and explained everything very well. If I could give more stars I would 😉
