Great storage at a great price
Firstly they had storage available in different sizes to suit my needs, the one I had reserved was too small when I looked at it so opted for a larger unit. The whole experience was first class staff could not have been more helpful the facility was clean and tidy, I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

Excellent customer service by Ashley at the Leicester branch. Fantastic, world class service. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful especially with it being the busy Christmas period. Much appreciated and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Didn’t expect such support from him during my move.

They Were Both Very Helpfull, Polite, Knowledgeable And Went Through All The Different Storage Units In Details To Make Sure The Right One Suited My Needs.
The Tour Around Inspecting The Units, Payment Set Up, Helped Setting Up & Working Of App , Showing Us How The Keypad Monitors Worked , Were All Thoroughly Explained Calmly And Patiently, Which Was Very Reassuring As Like Myself, Technology Is Not Everybodys Comfort Zone!

Friendly staff and amazing units
The staff are so friendly and helpful, the units themselves are perfect and extremely secure. The whole process is very easy, in terms of booking and actually storing things in the units as they have trolleys and an easy to use app for building access.

On the Slopes
Excellent high tech facility. However the most stupid design error - the loading area slopes. Makes it very difficult for one person to load or to open entrance door whilst holding trolley.
More than one trolley with 2 sides would be helpful.
Trolleys with brakes would be a miracle.
