The staff are so friendly and helpful, the units themselves are perfect and extremely secure. The whole process is very easy, in terms of booking and actually storing things in the units as they have trolleys and an easy to use app for building access.

No better and safer place to store your valuables than Shurgard. Extended accessible hours

Excellent high tech facility. However the most stupid design error - the loading area slopes. Makes it very difficult for one person to load or to open entrance door whilst holding trolley.
More than one trolley with 2 sides would be helpful.
Trolleys with brakes would be a miracle.

Staff (Ravi) was absolutely amazing really helpful. Went beyond to help. All trolleys etc there to help with transportation & the unit very clean & secure. Highly recommend

Very clean, dry, easy to access and secure. Love the functional app. Excellent price (got the discounted rate). Secure - all units are inside not like units that are outside containers.

Amazing costumer service, I was having trouble on the door and elevator unlocking system, since the circle was not even coming up, and there was difference in the costumer number in my application and the records of the branch's system. They immediately tried to find the root of the problem, were able to correct my costumer number and eventually I could operate the application and get access in the building.

Very helpful staff and very simple process.

The app could have been more elaborate as I did not know what all could have been opened by the app - could have said this is a one-stop app for everything, would have saved me a lot of time trying to open the gates of the parking.

These immaculate units are second-to-none, staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Ravi whose customer service is second-to-none, and the building is super clean and secure. If you want peace of mind, this is definitely the place to store your belongings.

Unfortunately after paying thousands of pounds over several years, my unit price went up in price by a massive 19% and the smaller alternatives for the same price were not suitable, so sadly this long-term customer had to say goodbye. A great service overall.

From my initial enquiries regarding storage facilities at the Leicester depot I was received with courtesy and professionalism all the way through.

Not only was I shown around the facility by the Ravi, a young gentleman of exceptional professionalism and friendliness, but everything was clearly explained by Ravi. He even took time out to write out the salient points that I needed to know prior to my decision, including the various sizes, prices, special offers, and similar.

The units are exceptionally clean and dry, and the whole experience of storage with Shurgard is a pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of storing goods and furniture.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Ravi was helpful and there was another guy when I came back to put my other stuff but I don’t know his name. It was on Tuesday around 6 pm. Thanks

On arrival the young man who went over everything with me was extremely helpful.
When I wanted to change the lock up to a lower one he sorted it out promptly and gave good tips for remembering where the lock up was located.

Good price, good location with easy access, friendly and helpful staff...only issue is opening times for weekend a little limited but overall great place for storage needs.
