Storage unit is fine, shame about the opening hours. When I've signed up I thought all storage places have 24 hour access. My bad for not checking properly. For someone like myself who works really long hours, I can't make it before closing during the week and as I'm out of London most weekends it's really difficult to have access. You really should have 24 hour self access or at least until 10pm.
And the constant price increases are very annoying too, which is mostly twice a year.

I checked 5 different storage companies near me ant this was 50% cheaper than the other ones. You can do everything online easily. For the moment everything is ok.

The young lady that did the booking for us was very knowledgeable about the process of setting up our storage room.
She knew exactly what she was talking about and passed that information on in a very straightforward, efficient and understandable way.
Good Customer service is top of my list with any organisation and this experience was excellent.
If needed again, then Shurgard will be our 1st choice.

Hello everybody. First and foremost, their customer call service agent is very helpful and prompt to help upon my inquiry call for storage unit availability and was able to give me an ideal floor plan unit just as what I requested which is very accessible and was able to give me a good quote which makes me enter a transaction deal with them and upon reaching the storage site branch mainly Neasden Shurgard, the staff and managers (some that i remembered by name were Sam, Mo, Michael and those that I recognized by their faces) were very polite, accomodating, helpful and kind making it easy for entering a transaction with them and handling the unit and I've been with their branch for over a year. Then upon my relocation agenda,i've seen new staff personnel around who are very polite,awesome nice,kind and was keen to assist upon my inquiries that time by their appointed next manager Reon who was helpful and kind enough to find a good deal of quote with their other branches when i made an inquiry that is just accessible within the location that I was looking for and was able to reserved it, likewise, truly appreciate their kind assistance too and so with the other staff namely Justina who was likewise keen to assist with my queries in the middle of my relocation agenda timeframe. Overall, I can say that Neasden Shurgard is indeed a safe & clean storage site plus healthy environment around that I highly recommend, not to mention, that almost all the staff personnel are awesome nice, great, service-oriented and kind.
