Had an excellent experience with Shurgard Storage. The sign-up process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The facilities are spotlessly clean and very well-kept. A huge shoutout to the Sarah, who gave an amazing tour and showed fantastic knowledge, answering all my questions effortlessly. Exceptional customer service—highly recommend!

My recent move to Shurgard went smoothly. I set my account up online, which was quite straightforward. When I had to call customer services, the managed my query very efficiently and professionally. They could not have been more friendly and helpful. They were also very patient in answering my questions. I visited the unit in person and met Wendy, who was able to assist me with the ID identification process and with the change in move date. Wendy was there on the day I moved in and again, was very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Shurgard for all the reasons given above but also as their prices are very competitive and good value for the service they provide. Everywhere was clean and tidy. I liked the App facility, which saves you having to key in the number each time.

The hiring of a storage unit was easy to do online and the staff at Shurguard in Chichester were very friendly, helpful and kind. This is the second time I have been a customer with them and I think they offer an excellent service!

The First point of Approach was Cole in Chichester store I did book the storage online but the day earlier popped in the store, where Cole was very professional and did give a tour of the storage facility n helped me with the onwards procedure n showed everything in detail how everything works even wen out of office hrs.
