The app is completely useless ! Waste of money ! I would like my money back

Downloaded the app or try out free for 7 days but you don’t get the full premium version even though you think you are. Then decided to subscribe for 6 months but still can’t get all premium features so have requested a refund. Very disappointed

Don’t waste your money really expensive Only good if one person in the house even then I wouldn’t buy it

I used it for a couple of days but it kept hearing our dogs and my husband and the sounds weren't what they said they were because I don't sleep well and was awake during some of the recorded sounds. I emailed to cancel the subscription (3 days into the 7 day trial). They charged me the yearly amount 1 week later and said I can't get a refund but they'll cancel my subscription. REALLY?!?!?! This app is not worth it at all! Don't even try it! You'll end up donating $64.19 to them!

I went for a free review and clearly remember cancelling the purchase - both on my apple id subscriptions and also via email. Unfortunately though, "shuteye" chose to debit my account. The twist however is that - the app does not still work on my phone - for every option/feature I ask, it says sign-up for Rs. xxxx. Written emails to the support desk but no responses!

This app is completely unreliable. I have been using it for a month and It had me asleep for 22 hours one night, and last night although I was in bed from 11p.m. and woke up at nine a.m. the app changed my wake-up time to three a.m. It's constantly giving me warnings that I should see a doctor, and a lot of the text is nonsensical e.g. ' you woke up at 3:15 a.m. the woke up time since you've been with shuteye '. I reinstalled the app because I thought these were software errors and lost all previous data.The information given about sleep is really basic and childish.

The most fun part was listening to my snoring. Beyond that I found the app to be nonsense. Then again, I am not sure what was it that I was expecting by an app that works just be having the phone next to you when you sleep. Many nights it has me falling asleep in like an hour and a half… I know I fall asleep in minutes. Deep sleep calculation is also dodgy. Canceling membership.

I am a paid subscriber and it is not accurate. I was awake for an hour and it didn’t capture it. I keep telling it that the sound of my bottle of pills is not bruxism and continues doing the same error. I sometimes get up to urinate and it does not capture it.

This is a waste of time and money. First of all, during my 7 day free trial I wasn't convinced that it was terribly accurate. Some of the things it recorded were snoring under talking in my sleep. It recorded the squeeking of our bed frame as footsteps, etc. However if I could get it for a deal, I'd give it a longer try and see if it's sleep measurements coincide with feeling rested or exhausted. I got an offer for half price and paid for the app. I saw not long after that I was charged twice! Once at full price and once at half price!!! I emailed immediately that was 11-24-23. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing!!! Since then, I am convinced that the app is so very wrong. It records my wife's snoring at the same time as mine. It recorded my cat meowing as a fart. Bed squeeks and snoring as talking in my sleep. The list goes on... Every sleep apnea concern is wrong, and it's supremely clear when I listen to the recording. So, I followed the requirements to cancel and get a refund, 20 days of recorded sleep and cancelation within 30 days. I emailed again and nothing but crickets. The app claims 90% accuracy, that is bull. I would say more like 50%. I have days and days worth of evidence. They won't respond to my emails. They have charged me nearly $100 for a junk app. I do not recommend this app. Between the lacking app, being ripped off for $60 and being ghosted by customer service, I have to say "Beware and Fraudulent". Today is 12-13-23.

This app does not work with one's watch and therefore picks up all of the other sounds on the room. If you sleep in a room, completely alone, it might work well.

Please tell me shut eye why your standards of customer service and lack of clear communications around this app has not improved when you are repeating the same thing and nothing has changed? The app is clearly misleading otherwise you wouldn't have so many complaints. I am reporting this app to the ombudsman. You are trying to take away customer rights with your scam tactics

4 stars because I wish there was more in the free version. Nevertheless, it's a fantastic app for sleep.

They are thieves, trust me!
Don't subscribe for the trial, they will stral your monétaire anyway!!
And the app is not that good

I use Shuteye pretty much every night. I love the asset it is. The options available fit my moods and schedule to sleep is perfect for the hours I need. Tracking my sleeping is amazing! Listening to unusual sounds in my house while I sleep is peaceful. The choices of music, meditation or stories are ideal. Can't upgrade perfection but I have a request. Could you design a meditation to quit smoking, drinking and drugs? I'm a smoker trying to quit. I'll remain a member of your service a long time. It's amazing just as it is.

The tracker doesn't work properly. It says I fall to sleep within 6 minutes, eventhough I know it takes me 3 hours. And it also says I am not sleeping during times where I know I am sleeping. It also stopped tracking at 5am but I didn't wake up until 8 am. The phone was fully charged. I had hoped to get a correct picture of my sleeping pattern.

This is a SCAM. I tried this app for a minute and cancelled. They just debited me for $97.99 because somehow a 7 day trial was a 7 day plus one year subscription cancellation. AVOID THIS SCAM

Was happy with feedback on my snoring ect
Now last 3 nights its not recording my snoring even tho my partner still says i am very unrealiable was going show doctor my results as i suspect i have sleep apnea now i will not bother do not waste your money on this app

I have used the trial version for 2 nights to laughable results. I wake up during the night and often I can't go back to sleep, which is why I tried the tracker. It says I'm in a deep sleep when I'm actually awake and off to the bathroom or I'm sitting there reading or even ordering groceries on my laptop. Then it congratulates me on my remarkable sleep quality! LOL

Now after reading trouble others have had with cancelling the service - which I am about to do right now - I'm really sorry I tried this app.

Not happy at all with this app! It´s impossible to end the subscription! They make it difficult just to win some time and take advantage of peoples money.
Shame on you! My free week ends tomorrow and I´ve spent 2 hours trying to end the subscription! I´ve sent an email to the company and I got an email back saying that I need to end the subscription in my phone. Of course, the app doesn´t appear at all in my apple account. I refuse to pay tomorrow!
