There was a small glitch but no problem.
There was a small glitch, one shutter frame was not quite right but the fitter did not attempt to make it work they have just ordered a complete new shutter. The ones that are fitted look really good and well fitted. The fitter Mark did a really good job. Thanks Rod

Friendly, efficient and great product
Friendly and efficient service throughout. I really appreciated the updates whilst we awaited delivery, which was affected slightly by Covid/Suez problems. Fitting was superb. The shutters look great, and we're particularly pleased with the Shutter & Shade option we went for in the bedrooms. They completely black the rooms out with no need for curtains over the top. You also cannot see the blinds at all when they're pulled up.

I absolutely love these shutters
I absolutely love these shutters. Measuring fitting all went very smoothly. Delivery was slightly longer than expected, but not a negative as advised by the team. I had concerns about having shutters incase it might make my room dark, it's completely the opposite as the light floods in :)

Excellent from start to finish
I never take the time to review services- but on this occasion I feel compelled to do this as service was outstanding from start (nice helpful person on phone), person assessing, good communication throughout, did what they said, timely etc - and simple pain free processes right through to finish (efficient and capable installer of shutters that fitted and look fab!) This was an absolute no customer stress service which is rare experience for me. I am very grateful!

Excellent service from Shuttercraft. They came to measure and gave advice on what would suit our window. The only down side is we had to wait quite a few weeks for delivery. Once arrived they came straight away to fit. They look gorgeous and really pleased I chose Shuttercraft Bristol.
