I highly recommend Shuttercraft if you are looking to get shutters for your home. Ben and Vicky were both very helpful and professional, from start to finish and a pleasure to deal with. Ben measured and installed the shutters for us and his craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. We are very very happy with our new shutters.

The experience from beginning to end was first class; delivery was ahead of the predicted date; the workmanship on installation was excellent also neat and tidy; the pricing was competitive in todays market.

Great experience from start to finish. We worked with Shuttercraft St Albans for 11 windows (including 2 bay windows) and 1 balcony door. After initial contact, Vicky came already the next day, was very helpful and did not try any hard sell at all (she advised a less expensive material than we were initially considering). We received a quote the same day and were at all times well instructed on the next steps and lead times. Everybody at Shuttercraft excelled in communication, and craftsmanship. Placement was careful and not rushed at all. We are more than pleased how the shutters have transformed our house and would recommend Shuttercraft St Albans without hesitation.

Gene at Shuttercraft is by far the best around. I've recently had my whole house done, and am incredibly happy with the final result. Shuttercraft are not only highly competitively priced, but also are the best quality and hold a high standard of professionalism. 10/10 would recommend.

Massive thanks to both Gene and Ben for the wonderful servicing, from establishing the most appropriate product for our bedroom needs, accurate measurement and flawless final installation. We are really pleased with the final result in that not only do the blinds and fitting look great, but the blinds themselves are super practical. It was was a pleasure dealing with them both and I would recommend Shuttercraft to anyone looking for a quality product.

Very good service from start to finish. Could wish that the delivery times were shorter, though the blockage in the Suez Canal which delayed our delivery further was hardly the fault of Shuttercraft! The fitter who came (Ben) was friendly and efficient and tidied up beautifully after he had finished. We love the finish on the shutters and the privacy they give us.

I have had Shuttercraft shutters for 10years (originally from John Lewis) and wanted to get more for upstairs bedrooms.
i found this branch in St Albans run by Gene who was extremely helpful on his measuring up and giving us a quote there and then (even in lockdown). Ben , the fitter was extremely polite and tidy and all fitted with no issues. They look great and so happy they match my original ones.

Brilliant pre sales not pushy and very informative. Follow up and fitting no mess and on time. Very pleased with my purchase and hoping to order more. Would highly recommend.

I'm delighted with my new shutters. Gene was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and extremely knowledgeable. I had two non-standard fittings (a bay window and a three- rather than four-sided frame in the other window) and both were measured and fitted to perfection on time and with care. They look great and make such a difference to my rooms. Thanks Gene, a brilliant result and I look forward to transforming the rest of the house in the same way!
