Nigel and the installation team are brilliant. Very professional, friendly and they provide an outstanding service. The shutters and blinds provided are excellent quality too; we’ve had no issues or concerns and the set which we had installed a year ago look good as new still. There’s no doubt the shutters have added value to the house as they look beautiful. The whole process from ordering to installation was incredibly straightforward and clearly communicated. We loved ours so much that we’ve just had a second set installed in other rooms. Thank you again, we’ll be back in touch soon.

So pleased with my shutters....a little bit of a wait...due to the shipping problems...i was pre warned there would be a delay. So worth the wait,i love my shutters and feel more secure when i have the window open at night ...keeps out all creatures great and small at bay :) Thank you again for a great product installed by a nice fitter. Highly recommend this company.

Really pleased with our new shutters. From start to finish we have had great customer service. NIgel came to our house provided clear advice but wasn't pushy on which option to go for. He then measured up and quickly identified a possible issue in that our window frames weren't quite square. He was able to find a way round the problem and gave a very good quote for supply and installation. We did get quotes form other companies however, shuttercraft were the best value for money and the highest level of customer service.
After a relatively short wait our shutters were successfully installed by a member of NIgel's team. The fitter was polite and tidied up after himself.
The shutters look amazing and we are very pleased with them. Thank you

Nigel listened to what we wanted, advised on the options available and we are extremely happy with our new blinds.

From start to finish Shuttercraft have provided a very professional service. The initial consultation/survey was carried out by Nigel. I was looking for shutters for my kitchen/dining room which was a conservatory, now with a full roof. I have retained the vaulted ceiling so there is a large expanse of windows. There is a wide variety of shutters to choose from and I was given advice on what would work best for me.
I could not be happier with the end result - just lovely! The room is transformed. I would highly recommend Shuttercraft.

Right from the first meeting, to discuss the possibility of installing shutters in our home, Nigel, of Shuttercraft in Winchester, was nothing but professional and starightforward. His advice has proved to be completely dependable throughout the various stages of our purchase. Nigel's assistance and communication, throughout the pandemic-haunted manfacture and delivery phases wa invaluable, he never set unrealistic expectations, rather he kept us up to date with the true status of the order.
When the shutters we had chosen arrived, Nigel was our installer too. And he did a fantastic job of fitting them into our windows, overcoming the slightly angled walls and reveals of our somewhat older house.
The Shutters look amazing, they really add the best finishing touch to our house, (we went with the the natural wood).

We seriously could not have been more impressed with Shuttercraft. Our family had always dreamed of having shutters in our house, and so once it was affordable we booked appointments with several Hantsian shutter installation companies, and Shuttercraft was the first to come for a survey. We were so impressed with Nigel that we took their offer and rang the other companies to cancel appointments. One of them went so far as to offer a more competitive price, but we turned them down because we were just so taken in by Shuttercraft - we knew they were the company for our house.

When the installation happened, we had 16 windows and two sets of French doors done, and our home was brilliantly transformed. To say the least, Nigel & Andy made our home even more perfect for our family, and we could not be happier with the results.

We highly recommending using Shuttercraft - you most certainly will not regret hiring their services and products.

We had the front 5 windows of our new-build home custom-fitted with shutters. Nigel is professional, knowledgeable and friendly; and was very flexible and helpful when the original sale of our old property fell through and we had to postpone our order. The product is excellent - well made, neat and attractive both from the inside and out. In fact we were so pleased we have gone on to order a second phase of shutters for the rear of the house.
