The whole experience with Nigel and Shuttercraft was brilliant, from a first-class initial appointment where all measurements were taken to a brilliant installation that has resulted in fantastic looking shutters, we will definitely be back, keep doing what you are doing Nigel! Great, honest pricing and service, vastly superior to the other brands out there.

We were most impressed with the level of service, personable communication and professionalism provided by Nigel during all stages of the project. We are also impressed with the quality of the shutters and the the attention to detail during installation.

We’ve just had some bathroom shutters installed and they look perfect. The service we received from Nigel could not have been better, he was timely, professional and very friendly. All queries were dealt with really quickly and, consequently, I had no doubts he would do a great job with the installation. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!

Nigel was great from first site visit to installation. Explained all options of shutters very well and without pressure, we opted for Shuttercraft over other cheaper companies down to the advice and attention to detail in the design of our shutters. We had a large full length 3 sided bay, tricky L-shape side window and half height office room fitted, all matched from outside without split levels.
Shutters seem decent quality so far and have really changed the feel and look of our home.

We are very pleased with our new shutter. The service received has been excellent from start to finish with Nigel contacting us very quickly and then keeping to the timeline promised for installation. I would recommend Shuttercraft and hope to use them again for another window.

The director, Nigel Luke, was helpful, informative and very knowledgeable without trying to hard sell. He explained all aspects of the product and left us feeling very confident that we were purchasing from the correct company. He also came to fit the shutters, which he did efficiently and professionally without making any mess. We are delighted with the shutters. They look stunning, are excellent quality and were a very good price.

Great service and quality. Shuttercraft were marginally more expensive than another quote we received, but the level of service that was provided and the in-depth honest discussion about the different products / styles / colours etc. was far greater. Therefore we felt in better hands with Shuttercraft.

Shutters arrived and were installed quickly and we are very happy with the finished product.

Great, friendly service and fitted with all the care that the installers would take in their own home, which is both rare and very welcome.

From start to finish Shuttercraft have been excellent. Initial consultation with Nigel was very informative and there was no obligation to proceed (i.e. no pushy salesman tactics). The cost of the shutters was very competitive and the build times provided at the initial consultation were adhered to. When it came to the installation of the shutters, Tom arrived and was very respectful of our home, his workmanship was excellent and he cleared up behind him - apart from my new shutters you would never have known he had been!!! Overall I would definitely recommend Shuttercraft to friends and family - I may even use them again in the future,
