Very informative courteous and vey helpfull. A excellent all round experience

This is a profesessional husband and wife team. We chose Shuttercraft Chelmsford over other companies in Essex to do our shutters because they are extremely knowledgeable about the product and took the time to explain how they work and answered all our questions. When Raj came over to do the measurements, he really took his time. Their quote was competitive and the shutters arrived and were installed within the estimated time frame. Raj took precise measurements from only one visit and the shutters he installed were spot on - I have a window in my home office where Raj installed shutters and I'm so impressed with how he managed to get the frame of one of the panels to align exactly with the window frame. Beautiful work!! There is generally a long wait for shutters but the ones installed by this company are absolutely stunning. We are so pleased with our decision to get shutters installed and are very happy with the service we received from Raj and Punita. The addition of shutters in our home has made such a huge difference and our family, friends and neighbours have commented on how beautiful and elegant they look. Thank you Raj & Punita for our lovely new shutters!

Steve measured up and was true to his word about fitting schedule . Andy fitted our shutters in one day and was extremely professional and tidy. We are really pleased with the finished product and would recommend Shuttercraft without hesitation.

Very professional service both for the measurement, options consultation, and the fitting. Delivery from the factory took quite a long time, but a fitting date was given very quickly after the shutters reached the UK.

Great product and service from start to finish

From the initial survey right through to the fitting the whole experience couldn't be faulted in any way. The shutters were exactly what I wanted and have turned my house into a home.

We are returning customers having had shutters fitted here last year. We had another installation last week and are really satisfied again. Steve runs the office and ordering etc., and Andy, the measuring and all installations. They offer a really great service from start to finish, also, the shutters are brilliant & professionally fitted.

The shutters look great, the fitter was polite and efficient. The entire process was simple and smooth.
