Great all round experience
We’ve had a fantastic all-round experience and would highly recommend Shutters factory to anyone. From the initial home visit right through to installation, the service has been excellent.
Bogdan has now visited us twice - firstly to install shutters in our bedroom, and today to fit shutters to our patio doors. On both occasions, he was professional, friendly and did a brilliant job.
We were particularly impressed with the service from the sales team. Our son had accidentally broken two louvres on the shutters in our front room, which had previously been installed by Hillarys. During the visit to measure up for our patio doors, we discussed the damage and, without hesitation, Andrei agreed to colour and size match the broken louvres and replace them at no extra cost.
It’s this level of care and customer service that really stands out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Hi Jenna,
What a wonderful review, thank you for taking the time to share your experience in such detail.
It's especially rewarding to hear that you've trusted us with more than one installation and that Bogdan has delivered such a great experience each time. We'll make sure both he and Andrei see your comments.
We're also really pleased that we could help with the damaged louvres. Sometimes it's the smaller things that make the biggest difference, and taking care of our customers beyond the job itself is incredibly important to us.
Knowing you'd choose Shutters Factory again is one of the best compliments we could receive. We look forward to helping you again in the future!
Best wishes,
Shutters Factory Team
