Great shutter company with professional and friendly staff
I had shutters installed in several rooms and it was a great experience. Alex gave me a very competitive quote and he was knowledgeable, professional and not pushy at all. Gaby came to install and was very quick, and did a great job. I went back for a second room after the great experience. I can highly recommend the company. Good communication and delivery and installation in the timeframe promised.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish, Andrew came to visit and go through the options available, helpful, friendly and efficient. I was kept up to date at regular intervals by the admin team, so knew when to expect delivery. All installed within 4 weeks of order, Bogdan installed the shutters and was polite, friendly and did a wonderful job. The shutters look fantastic. I would highly recommend using this company, you won’t regret it.

Good Shutters, poor service
The shutters themselves are good and the quality is exactly what we expected. Unfortunately, the installation let the experience down.
We paid for Shutters Factory to measure our windows, so we expected a straightforward made-to-measure installation. Before the installer started, I explained that our rooms had just been freshly decorated and carpeted, and I was concerned about dust and debris from any cutting. I was assured cardboard would be used to protect the rooms.
In reality, there was a significant amount of dust created while cutting wood and plastic, with little protection beyond pieces of cardboard. Dust sheets weren't used, and the vacuum wasn't used consistently or was not powerful enough to collect much of the debris. Dust was left throughout the rooms, including on our beds and our baby's cot, and I had to manually remove sharp plastic fragments embedded in our new carpet before vacuuming everything myself. My wife was heavily pregnant at the time, so the amount of dust was a particular concern.
Some of the shutters also needed to be trimmed on site because they didn't arrive in the correct size. The installer appeared frustrated by this and made comments such as suggesting the alternative was for me to "straighten the wall," despite this being a made-to-measure service. He was friendly for most of the day, but his attitude changed as the installation progressed.
There was also slight damage to our ceiling where one of the shutters was lifted into place. At the end of the job, I was asked to sign a form confirming there was no damage to the property. I felt pressured to sign despite knowing there had been minor damage.
The finished shutters look good, and the installation itself appears to have been completed well. My issue is with the cleanliness, care, and professionalism during the installation process. If you're considering Shutters Factory, I'd recommend scheduling installation before furnishing or decorating a room, or if anyone in the home is particularly sensitive to dust, as we weren't warned about the amount of dust and debris that would be generated or left behind.
