Shocking service. No order acknowledgement but the money has been taken. No sign of the order after ten days and no reply to emails or contact via the website.

Been three weeks and still no order in sight, they do not respond to emails of any kind but are very quick to put their ads on your favorite websites and send you newsletters. They might as well be a scam. Do not trust, you can find way better vendors elsewhere.

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it.

Poor quality; see through material and quite scratchy. Not suitable at all for chemo patiens who lost their hair!
Delivery took 3 weeks and came wrapped in plastic! No communication whatsoever, no reply to any of my emails. But they're very quick with their many newsletters.
Won't order again!

Walk away! I am amazed that they managed to find material of such low quality. Add to that the fact that it says "Made in China" in a fairly visible place and this is the worst item I have come across.
I tried to send contact them for a refund and so far, not even a response. Next stop small claims.
Steer clear!!

I ordered a blue bandana & was sent a bright purple one, which is awful! I’ve tried to email a few times but no reply. Very poor quality & very poor service. A waste of £4..just glad it wasn’t more. I won’t be using them again.

The quality is so bad I was shocked when I opened the package. Shyface provides no information about returning and has repeatedly ignored my emails.

Bandana shrank after handwashing and the hem became unstitched in places. I emailed Shyface twice to get a replacement but have not received any replies.
I shan't shop at this store again.

Not to be trusted. I paid for three bandanas but only received two. I received an email promising a replacement for the missing one but that never happened. I've emailed many times since but I've never received a reply.

I ordered 2 bandanas from them, only 1 arrived. No explanation, email or refund was sent to me. Overall a bad business practice not to send goods that were paid for.

I am still waiting for a response to 3 emails. My order was 13th December, disgusted with this company they cannot even be bothered to reply

There are plenty of styles to choose from. Once the order is placed dispatch/ delivery is always prompt. I have purchased from Shyface twice now and will definitely order again in the future.

Very thin cotton you can see through the material. Cheap copies you can pick up at any street market or ebay. Customer services rubbish. Had to use PayPal to obtain a refund.
