Owe me a refund from 7 months ago

Ordered 2 bandanas last July. Didn’t have the one in stock so was contacted to ask if I wanted a refund or the bandana in a different colour.
Informed a refund.... 7 months later still haven’t received a refund!
Have contacted numerous times. At first I was replied to from Shyface (actually a specific individual but Shyface have requested for me to remove the individuals name who I spoke to) then nothing!! Constantly contacting them and they never reply.
I’ve also saw someone else’s review stating how your customer service is shocking.
Please do not bother telling me that you’re sorry to hear of my review and to contact Support @shyface.co.uk to resolve the matter as I have already tried this LOADS of times and you DO NOT RESPOND!!!!!

You have replied to me stating I told your colleague that I wanted the order to be shipped THIS IS COMPLETE LIES!

I still have the emails and can send you screen shots ....

Hi, I placed an order on 08/06/2020 and it has still not arrived? My order reference is #6753. My shipping method on the confirmation of purchase email states UK next day delivery. Your order was dispatched on the 9th and should have been delivered on the 10th by royal mail.

I've contacting royal mail, unfortunately your order was lost in transit.

What we can do is either gice you a full refund or we can resend your order. (Unfortunately we have no stock on the tan paisley bandana)

We contacted you about an out of stock item and offered to either refund your order or send out the order when back in stock. You replied to our colleague saying you would like it to be shipped once back in stock. Your order was later shipped and was delivered to the address provided.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could.

Dire customer service, sent multiple emails which were ignored, the only time I ever got to communicate with someone was via live chat and they said they would be in touch via email later, but I've heard nothing.

Waited over two weeks for notification of dispatch for my order, when I eventually requested cancellation and a refund, the agent, who did not give their name, claimed it had been shipped and should have been delivered by the 6th of Jan, which obviously did not happen. They told me I would have to wait until it had been delivered by the courier and return it for a refund, and that they are not ‘RELIABLE’ for the delivery of orders that have been shipped without tracking.

Their website continues to display the same message it did when I first made the order, ‘We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.’; their own website does not confirm dispatch, and yet they expect me to take the word of someone who did not provide a name that they shipped the order when they have provided no evidence of such. If they will insist they shipped the order, which would now be considered missing, why it is so much to ask for them to claim the value of my order from the courier and refund me, at least as a goodwill gesture, I don’t know.

Looking into their social media, their Twitter account has been suspended and their Facebook page was last updated in February of 2020, where several people commented that they did not receive their order and customer services weren’t responding to their messages.

Don’t make the same mistake I did and AVOID THIS COMPANY.
