Good delivery, quality looks okay but messed up my order. I wanted 1x grey camo and 1x blue camo and they sent 2x blue camo. I emailed their support team but didn’t get any response.
Won’t be buying here again.

Ordered 4 bandanas to be used when running. They arrived in 2 separate packages for some reason. When the first package arrived containing just 2 bandanas, I contacted the company and was told they'd been sent in 2 packages due to weight?! The 2nd package arrived the following day.
The bandana are all very colourful and attractive looking, and a reasonable size. However, the material is on the thin side and not particularly well finished around the edges. Threads have started coming a bit loose after just one wash and I'm sure will continue to slowly unravel.
I think they were made in China, although I thought they were made in England, this being one of the reasons I bought from this company.
Overall, I think they were reasonable value for the price, but you get what you pay for. I would rather have paid a little bit more and got a bit better quality.

Only 2 of the items I ordered arrived. When I queried this I never received a reply. Still waiting for a refund.

This is just a normal black handkerchief and over priced for what it is. A little disappointed for what it is. The only benefit I can see is that we will make the owners rich on the back off the people.

Paid for next day. Received 2 days late. Postage mark confirms the item wasn’t shipped in the timeframe stated. Next day postage not refunded despite customer services admitting the order was sent late. To add to my poor experience, the wrong items were sent out.

Nice quality bandanas, with bright printing. Material is thick and does not feel cheap. Postage was fairly fast, will order again.

I ordered 5 products from them and then sent them back within a week for a refund because I just did not like the quality. I sent them recorded delivery and have tracking that it was received and signed for. I chased up a week later to ask whether they had received it on their online chat site and they confirmed it was received and that I would receive a refund immediately. This was over 2 weeks ago. During the chat they lied and said that they have sent a confirmation email for the refund but this was a lie as I waited for 15minutes and they said it was sent twice but I checked my Junk folder and still nothing.

I have a full history of the chat and will post it below. This company is a scam and will be reporting them to Trading Standards and will be finding out how they're incorporated and who the Directors are. They try their best to hide themselves but I will find them and expose their location for everyone to see and visit them for their refund.

I would also encourage everyone to log their complaint with Trading Standards and shut down these people from being directors of companies.

Delivery took over a week (blaming it on Royal Mail and the pandemic, when everything else seems to arrive promptly).
