Absolutely useless ordered and it…

Absolutely useless ordered and it didn’t arrive when I phoned they told me they would cancel the order and refund me so I ordered elsewhere and then a couple of days later it was delivered so paid for 2 lots and no refund as promised absolutely useless don’t waste your time ordering with this company don’t do what they say they are going to 😡😡😡

You sent the wrong item and i had to…

You sent the wrong item and i had to telephone you to try and sort this out and get the correct product.You asked me to return the incorrect item and promised to refund the return postage but this took ten days to arrive back on my card.I order from you on a regular basis and feel you should have offered me a discount on my next order to compensate for the inconvenience.

The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5…

The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the way the website offered their promotion. So the page tells you that you get a free gift of something if you make the purchase by the 19th of January but then if you don't add the free gift to your cart, you forfeit receiving the gift. This was a bit frustrating because if I am making a purchase during the promotion time, adding the given discounts surely it's assumed that I also want the free gift. Otherwise once the customer has added her goods to the cart, why does a window not pop up and say...you qualify for the free gift so add it to cart if you want it....but no this info is hidden in the terms and conditions of the promotion so if you haven't read these, you lose out on the free gift.
