Order placed on 25.11.22 and was supposed to be sent on 48 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery. Emailed and messaged on social media during the last week and no response. Full payment taken on 28.11.22. If you’re wanting a delivery for Xmas I would reconsider as the 48 hours means nothing. I’ve heard nothing since the order confirmation nearly 2 weeks ago!!
Please can somebody contact me immediately to get this resolved!!!

No confirmation of dispatch, no customer service number to phone them and they haven’t replied to any of the emails I’ve sent.

I am beyond astonished....I have finally (11/4/2025) received a response to the rating I left in November 2022! It has taken them 2 and a half years to wake up...I have written off this transaction as a scam and can't even remember whether they were good enough to return my money or how much it was....may be that's how they make their profit? Leave it long enough so that customers forget and give up...Customer service! Nothing like it...I guess I will never see my money again.
Item returned for exchange. Two months later no replacement received and no reply to three emails. This is typical behaviour of a company that is going bust? I can only assume that the complete and utter lack of response can only means that. Do not send this company any money as it appears that they just take your money then laugh behind their hands knowing that you have been a mug. There is no telephone number to contact them on so I have now assumed that they have scammed me.

Shocking customer service
Ordered 2 sets of cami pj’s for my partner but unfortunately their sizing is a bit on the small side , so emailed about a refund and got an email from Becky saying no problem send back to the address that’s on the web site and a month after they receiving my return still waiting for any response to multiple emails on what’s happening ! would defo recommend not using this company that treats its customers this badly there’s plenty of other companies who deserve our hard earned money!!!

Terrible service
Terrible service - purchased a set of PJ's for my wife's birthday on the 14 days ago. I received an email that day to say the order was being processed. Payment as been taken on the day of the order.
14 days later and several emails later I have received no PJ's or even a response to any of my e-mails from Sienna London!
Tried to contact through instagram still nothing.
Currently no explanation of were the pj's are or when to expect them would give zero stars if possible!

Excellent service, I’d made a mistake with my order as hadn’t realised 1 of my items was not yet in stock however when I spoke to Rebecca she was fantastic in terms of making sure my other item arrived in time for Mother’s Day. She kept me well informed and went over and above to make sure the item arrived on time
