Didn't arrive on time.
Ordered a ring as a gift for Christmas and on the website it said that it will arrive before Christmas.
Still didn't receive my order and it's already Christmas eve.
The package was damaged and the necklace was super small, on the photo it looked bigger

Worst customer service ever!
I ordered a necklace in May and returned it a little later. I did not receive the money back until today (July!!).
I hope that the matter will be clarified soon, otherwise I will have to use Paypal customer protection.
