I had a problem with tyres
I had a problem with tyres, I spoke with a Marc Tidon who could not of been more helpful. He emailed me with a list of tyres and links to each of what he thought would suit my DT Swiss deep rim wheels. I went for the Pirelli P-Zero RS Race 700 x 28 and they are perfect. What great personal service and would recommend Sigma Sports highly.

I've had the best experience purchasing a new bike at Sigma Sports, from start to finish. It began with a consultation that helped me focus on what I actually wanted to get out of cycling. As a novice, I had so many questions, and the communication after that consultation was brilliant — the guidance I received played a crucial role in narrowing down the options and steering me towards the bike and accessories I ended up buying: a Pinarello Grevil F1 gravel bike. After a few months of riding, I was able to book the bike into the workshop for some adjustments, and that experience was just as good: fantastic customer service, spot-on work, and completed quickly. I now own a bike that's an absolute joy to ride and feels completely dialled in. A big thank you to Mathew and Dom at the Hampton Wick store for helping me on my cycling journey. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Sigma Sports to anyone starting out in cycling.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Because this was handled as an insurance claim, our timeline was heavily dependent on your insurance provider. Furthermore, the repair was complicated by the fact that the necessary parts were no longer available through our usual suppliers, requiring them to be sourced from a third-party retailer.
While it was the insurer's responsibility to source these parts, we understand it was suggested that you order them privately to speed up the process. We completely understand why you chose not to do this. However, the responsibility then fell back to your insurer. To help expedite the situation, we ultimately chose to step outside our standard company policy and source the parts from the third-party retailer ourselves to get your repair completed.
While I understand your frustration regarding the delay, the timeline was unfortunately dictated by the constraints of the insurance process.
