Excellent, practical advice and customer care from Sigma Sports technicians
I'd like to personally thank two of the Sigma Sports technicians for their outstanding knowledge and helpfulness with two minor adjustments on my recently purchased road bike.
• To Eddy for carefully correcting/realigning the position of my left gear shifter, after the bike had been knocked over by an unknown third party cyclist at a cafe stop. (Thanks Eddy for also carrying out a thorough "health check" in the bike at the same time).
• To Johnny for carrying out the minor reindexing necessary after the bikes's first 500 miles, and demonstrating to me the "hands-on"practical pros and cons of the three Ultegra DI2 programable options (manual/ semi-synchronised/fully-synchronised). I opted for fully-synchronised.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received.
After speaking with the staff member you placed the order with, I feel like we did everything we could for you and placed the order for the item requested.
You called up and asked to place an order for a Sram flattop chain. When we suggested the best option for you, you said it was more expensive than what you were looking at and that you were after a chain around £45, as that's what you had seen online.
We placed the order for this Rival chain once you confirmed it was the one you wanted and held it for you to collect later that same day. You then came in and collected the chain. I can see that the Rival chain you placed the order for is 'ebike approved' by SRAM.
From what I can see on our system, it looks like you have now returned this chain to the store and we have refunded you in full.
I apologise if you feel there was any confusion or miscommunication. If you would like to discuss another option of a chain that better suits your needs, please reach out to the store via the phone number below, and we will be more than happy to help.

I had a bike fit with Salvo at the Sigma Sports Hampton Wick store, and the entire experience was perfect! The customer service from the moment I walked in was nice and welcoming. The fitting room itself is a great space—super neat and professional.
Salvo’s approach was quick, efficient, and friendly. What I loved most was the perfect balance: we adjusted everything based on my personal feelings and comfort preferences, but absolutely did not neglect the technical data and analysis. I highly recommend.
