Superb Sales member of staff.
I was made to feel welcome as soon as I came into the store, I think it was by Brandon. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and understanding what I was looking for and why. He did not try too hard, but provided good advice and information to allow me to choose. The way that he was would persuade me to come back into store and made me appreciate that you can't replace that element by the on line service, which also does have its place.

They are friendly and have wonderful skills to repair or adjust bikes. I had head bearings of my old Cannondale Slice replaced. The lead time and the repair charge was reasonable and they kept me updated the status. I very much recommend you contact them for any issues with your bikes. They surely have solutions.

Just visited your Kingston on Thames store all the way from west wales. We were looking at saddles and a lovely man called Ben I think came and spoke to us. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. We had a look round and came back to him. Lovely store and very helpful staff

Great bike fit from Salvo.
Dialled in fit with explanation of the process from start to finish. Much better result the the last Retul fit ive had. . I have come away with a better understanding of how to tweak my bikes to suit me. Friendly shop where it’s all about the bike.

The bike was superbly serviced and works like a new bike.
Unfortunately, the high specification parts required for service can increase the price but that is the cost of precise engineering. All the staff were very helpful and took time with all customers.

I asked Sigma Sport for help sorting a rounded off bolt on a SRAM brake lever.

Although the part isn’t a normally available spare, Sigma Sport sorted the whole issue for me within a few days.

Had a bike fit with Salvo, was an enlightening experience and learned a lot. It has changed my experience of riding my bike and how I approach my set up on the bike. I would highly recommend if you are considering a bike fit to go ahead and book a fit with Salvo, you won’t be disappointed!

Great bike fitting session with Salvo! From what I already considered a pretty well chosen bike, Salvo helped me to further improve the fit, including choosing the right shoes and fitting them to my feet. It made a big difference in ride comfort and I hope also in performance.
