I had a great experience! I called your store and spoke to a lovely person who, after checking found you had one pair of the trainers I wanted in your warehouse. He put them aside for me to collect. When I visited, I was really impressed by your store and received a fantastic service from Brandon who was really polite and helpful. They are both a credit to your team.

As a newbie to cycling that has signed up for a London-Paris event in June, I visited the store with long list of items for which I needed help to select. Dom was very patient, gave good advice and helped with selecting the products. All staff members were polite, friendly and had good knowledge of the product range. Great experience and will recommend to friends.

Neal and Matthew (and indeed all the staff I have met in the store) were superb. Really knowledgable, not trying to upsell, but gave honest, fair and really useful advice.

Had a great experience picking out a new bike with Dom. As a newbie to the bike world I appreciated his expertise and him explaining everything very patiently to me. Ended up with a dream bike and buckets of new knowledge. Couldn’t be happier!

Excellent customer service when buying my last bike. I recently bought a Van Rysel EDR, Dom at Sigma Sports , Hampton Wick fully understood what I needed from my new bike and gave excellent advice in helping me select the right bike and size. No upselling, just really good expert input.

I had been looking around for a while for a new gravel bike and went to Sigma Sports as I have used them before but not experienced their buying process.

I was able to try a bike in store and get an idea of how it would fit and get all my questions answered during that process. What I especially liked was that there was no pressure to buy the bike right there and then and I could have gone away to think about it.

As it was I paid a deposit and had the bike less than 2 weeks later. The handover process was thorough and all my questions again were answered too including many that I had not even thought to ask. The bike is great and the whole process was very smooth.

I know that Sigma Sports are not the cheapest store out there but I much prefer to go somewhere that has great knowledge and provides that great customer service - thank you!

I chose click and collect for the ride to the shop. The shop itself is amazing, the only thing that's missing is an in-store cafe that will make the whole Sigma Sport visit complete

Will and Jack were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me as I went through every option of clothing and shoes they had in the store!

Very enlightening experience. I highly recommend having a bike fit - this was my first time, and while it's pricey, it's very worth it if you can do it. Salvo was able to give me advice about my bike, my shoes, my personal fitness and physiology - the whole thing.

The quality of the advice at a bike-fitting was superb. I learned a lot, and left with the necessary information to make my existing bikes more comfortable and efficient, as well as providing the basis for a new bike.

I’ve ordered from Sigma to the U.S. several times before, but the recent tariff situation has unfortunately made that less sustainable.

On a recent trip to London, I made time for a train ride to the Hampton Wick store and was glad I did. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, both downstairs and upstairs.

A particularly helpful salesperson compared reviews for two brands of waterproof cycling gloves and recommended the less expensive option because it had better feedback. Honest advice like that goes a long way.

If you’re visiting from out of town, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. The store carries excellent UK-only apparel and frame/saddle/bar bag brands with great quality at stellar prices, and the staff are outstanding.

Completed a bike fit with Sigma Sports on my SL8 S-works (which Sigma built for me) to consolidate previous bike fits and advice from other outfits over the years (which had led to back pain and other issues). Best decision I made. Sigma are to be commended for their expertise and customer service. Felt truly looked after and my new fit is spot on, clocked a number of PBs on my first ride out. Superb. Special thanks to Max and Salvo.

Bought a Garmin 840 solar GPS and a rear radar camera light and Marcus the mechanic fitted the 840 for me. Happy customer:)

My 2014 Specialized Cross trail Sport disc is still going strong. Trying to get my BMI from 30 to 25 then I'll get a new bike from here I think. Instagram pete_m_l

Happy to recommend Sigma Sports and Dom in particular. This was my first bike purchase since childhood and Dom really took the time to ensure I enjoyed a great experience - from the pre-collection communication, to the bike handover and answering my many cycling newbie questions.
