I just bought a new gravel bike from Sigma. Great advice and personal service: Neal was great in explaining the setup and customisation for me and explaining future care & maintenance. First ride home through the park was awesome. Super pleased with the choice and my experience with Sigma.

Bought a Pinarello F5 and had an amazing experience thanks to the friendly staff and especially the sales consultation with Neal. He was very helpful and gave great advice on the bike and right size along with a full run down of the bike on collection day!

Got the wrong model of Ortlieb rear rack on line - accepted it back and ordered in the correct one for pick up at Hampton - very helpful, no wonder the shop was busy on a Sunday morning - Im obviously not alone in thinking its a good retailer.

I had a long term warranty issue but thanks to the help of Dom Jackson and the amazing Warranty team, I was able to get it sorted beyond my expectations. Great to see the team really prioritising the aftercare of their customers! Thank you!

I was looked after by Dom and he was absolutely brilliant. Sorted me out with new shoes that fit brilliantly and helped out getting them set up perfectly. Great customer experience and I’d highly recommend him if popping in to help you out.

Dropped in due to a screeching front brake and was happy to buy new pads/rotors but Eddy took a look and said it only needed cleaning/decontaminating which he did on the spot for free. He wouldn’t accept any payment.

Really friendly and helpful service when getting some lights on the cycle to work scheme. James helped me choose the lights, including working out a mounting solution where manufacturer product pages weren’t 100% clear. He was also responsive over email when adjusting the quote to meet my employers terms. When I got the voucher and went to collect on my lunch break, Milo and another staff member got everything sorted quickly, and I was out the door with my new lights in time to get back to work. Finally, there was a small discrepancy in price between quoting and collection; again James resolved this quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Always a pleasure to visit!

If you go, I highly recommend scheduling a bike fitting with Salvatore! He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, patient with my indecisiveness, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a bike. He is extremely knowledgeable about bikes, and you can see he lives and breathes the sport, his passion is infectious! I am super happy with my purchase and owe it to him for picking and setting up such a fantastic bike for me. Highly recommend working with him!

Salvo explained everything very clearly and took his time to check every aspect of my bike. The difference is incredible and I am comfortable for the first time on my bike and I can feel I am more powerful cycling as I am finally in the correct position. Thank you so much Salvo. Worth every penny!

Just had bicycle fitting and consultation with Sigma Sport. Salva was professional and systematic in finding my perfect fit. The difference in comfort between the stock settings vs my sweet spot was like chalk and cheese. Well worth the investment. My back, hip and knees will be thanking me for years to come.

Went from despair to euphoria -- my lovely carbon bike was sadly stolen, but the folks at Sigma helped me recover by fitting me with a long-term replacement! Neal was great finding the right pick for me, and his colleagues kitted me out with the gear and gizmos. Top professionals.
