Great service from Leon
Great service from Leon when looking to buy a frame and have it built up with my own wheels and groupset. He listened to what I wanted, looked into the options available. He made suggestions to suit my budget and then arranged a bike fit and the build/handover. I would use Sigma sport again.

First class service and advice - staff ordered in a pair of cycling shoes to try, and it was no problem to change to an in-stock shoe. Staff very helpful and as they are cyclists, give impartial advice. Very pleased!

Friendly service for a simple problem
I visited whilst out riding on Sunday morning and a puncture in my tubeless rear tyre had caused sealant loss and was leaking air. Bought 60ml sealant and borrowed a track pump. Nothing spectacular at all in that, except the warm welcome, willingness to help and a friendly refuge on a rainy Sunday morning. A fantastic local bike shop.

Great customer service, communications, pricing and all round service. I live 40 mins from the Letchworth branch but will go as the advice on products, maintenance on bikes and general advice is really great.

Being mentally ill severe mental…
Being mentally ill severe mental anxiety they were very helpful, kind and patient with me! After messing up shoe sizes from online shop they kindly asked me in to check and size me up! Ended up with a different pair but ones that fitted! Very happy with the service. Brilliant.
