Great experience.
I had to replace some gear after a crash. My insurance company offered Sigma Sports vouchers. I had a quick look on the website and then agreed. Got exactly what I needed with a simple checkout process, great prices, really quick delivery and a vast selection of products. I, the sender received the £100 voucher on the 1st September and Matt Rees the recipient received a £0 voucher on his birthday.
Something obviously went wrong!!!!!
Fortunately I was able to send the £100 voucher on to Matt.

Your order was unfortunately affected by a major system migration. Between the time you placed your order and the delivery date of Matt's voucher, we transitioned to a new website and backend platform. As part of this process, voucher codes from our previous system were deactivated, transferred to the new system, and updated details were emailed to customers.

I had a direct mount derailleur hanger…
I had a direct mount derailleur hanger fitted to my S-Works Sl8 today.The work was quickly completed and I was notified to collect asap.
The workshop at Sigma is one of the appeal's of the shop,the work carried out is always first class and I have great faith in them with my expensive bikes....this for me is impotant.
So a big shout out to the Workshop at Sigma Sports,thank you fellas,great job again.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Sigma Sports for the excellent service and support I received.
A special thank you to Neal, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the process. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find the right bike that properly suits my requirements. I was particularly impressed that everything I had requested during my previous visit was taken care of and completed as promised.
I would also like to recognise Marc for his excellent assistance. He was very helpful, accommodating, and made sure that everything I needed was properly addressed.
In fact, all the staff I encountered at Sigma Sports were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. The level of customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and reassuring.
I am extremely happy with my experience and very pleased that I chose Sigma Sports. It is a fantastic company with a great team who clearly care about their customers.
