It took a little longer than advertised for the item to be delivered but this was through issues outside of the vendors control. Communication via phone and email to keep me updated. The sundial was a gift and was very much appreciated. Good quality and beautifully manufactured.

I was very underwhelmed by the company and the product we received, it was delivered late, I sent an email asking where the item was and got no reply, I phoned several times and the number was unavailable at the time even thought it was within office hours, after another email I finally got a reply, no apology for the delay just saying it would be dispatched that day and delivered the next day, it was another two days before I got my item so clearly wasn't dispatched on the day that was said.....their customer service needs working on!
The item itself was filthy, I had to clean and polish it myself before I could give it as the present it was intended for, a little care and attention to detail before sending out customers orders would go a long way.
Would I use this company again... probably not.
