We hadn't had many updates on delivery…
We hadn't had many updates on delivery and I had gotten a litte concerned as it had passed the estimated 10 days for delivery but i got in contact with the company and they arranged delivery for the following day. The item came and was really beautiful and we are very happy. A sundial for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary.

Happy ending?
Ordered on 28/4, the money was taken from my credit card, but my order has still not arrived.
When I phoned last week to chase my order, as I had had no communication from the company, I was told it would arrive this week. No explanation or apology for the delay, even when I mentioned that the order was à present for my husband’s birthday on May 11th. When I placed the order, it said orders are usually delivered within 3-5 days.
I’m hoping it will arrive soon.
Update: Signature Statues contacted me when this review was posted to try and help. It seems the delay was due to the courier who appears to have misplaced my order. The problem has now been resolved and my order should be delivered later today. Fingers crossed and thank you!

Extremely poor and inconsiderate service by Sean of Signature Statues
On the 7th March 2024 I ordered 2 bevelled stone caps and 2 stone spheres from Sean at SIGNATURE STATUES. Unfortunately the goods arrived badly damaged due to really poor packing? After a small delay the new goods arrived in perfect condition however the damaged goods where left on my drive on a pallet with all the packaging!! After 3 emails from myself asking when the damaged goods will be collected Sean has finally responded on the 22/5/24 "We cant collect the damaged goods , pallet and packaging unfortunately I don't have the means to do so " I kid you not!! I am nearly 60 years old and I cant lift any of the damaged stone goods as they are too heavy..............Help, please Sean !

Quality
I have to say, due to a busy life it has taken a couple of weeks to get around to this but the quality, punctuality of this company was amazing. I will certainly look at more products. I had ordered 6 similar yellow Cotswold products from a company in Oxford and turned up damaged, so refund and returned! Signature Garden Statues were brilliant and even sent a free stepping stone! One damaged crown of head ,replacement please.
Second lion has poorly cast feet , will not withstand frost.
Only one circular base supplied ….too small,wrong colour.
Suggestion…find another carrier. Examine quality of product for defects prior to despatch. Jh.
