I am the same, been waiting 30 days for goods. I also got a letter saying their baby was very ill. No response from them. Can someone advise me what name was used on their bank account when they took payment.

I bought a bedding set from this company in October 2021. Returned it an requested a refund, as the colour did not suit the room's décor. I never received the refund. Phone number given [when you can find it] doesn't work. I've emailed them and web-mailed them several times, and also written to them - only one response to an email, then nothing. I've sought advice from Citizens' Advice and will pursue this further. Terrible service. Would never buy from them again, or recommend them.

Like most of the reviewers, I placed an order (6th Jan) which never arrived. There is no response to emails to them. A general email was sent to everyone on 20th January saying their baby had been ill before Xmas but was home and doing well. I sent a reply actually sympathising and saying I looked forward to hearing from them soon. That was that and I have lost my money but learnt a lesson in how gullible I'll be in future.

DO NOT BUY - Item was not dispatched until I raised a request for a refund through Paypal. I then returned the item but they won't pay the money back.

So I'm now out of pocket until I take them to the small claims court.

Ordered on the 30th December.... £150 order....like many received an email promising goods and an update Still nothing and fighting for a refund.

Instagram and Facebook vanished

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a throw and a mattress protector 5 weeks ago. I never received my order however, I disputed with PayPal but this company sent a tracking number to get away with this fraud as they only sent out the mattress protector (£10) and not the throw (£45) so PayPal closed this dispute as this company made it look like I had received items. I am now trying to dispute again with PayPal as I am still out of pocket. Do not buy from this company.

I wish I could give no star at all..I placed an order which was received late but I did not like the quality of the items. A returns label was created and I returned the order. I also have the receipt to show that I have proof of return. They ignored me at all cost after they received the returned goods. I tried to contact them on Facebook. NATALIE says she was sorry for the delay in me receiving my refund and says she will make sure the refund is being processed. Weeks past and still no refund. I tried contacting NATALIE again on face regarding me not receiving my refund, she then blocked me on Facebook. They are scammers and fraud. Please do not order from them. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!.I will not stop until I get my refund. The worst company ever.

Ordered on 16th January I received an email from them on the 20th saying they had a very unwell baby and that my order will be delayed ! After reading all these reviews I’m starting to wonder if it was nothing but a sob story! Telling me not to put in for a refund as it will only delay my order by up to 45 days !

Do not buy.This company is not real, it is a swindler. They took the money from my bank account but they didn't send my item. I ordered on 20th January and still nothing arrived. Although I sent them many emails, no one replied. Also I sent them message from Instagram to ask what is wrong, but they blocked me. So I don't think they are innocent. They are stealing the money and ghosting people on purpose. We should go to court. I already informed my bank that the company is a swindler. My bank will do offical actions.

Terrible service and product not received. Ordered product in November and still not received. Promised in December and didn't arrive and now not even responding to my contacts. No formal complaints process on their website. Currently trying to get a refund through Paypal.

Placed order on the 18th January, not received. No dispatch notification. All emails ignored. Quick enough to take your money and then don’t dispatch items. Appalling service. Have raised a dispute with this company through my bank and will be getting a refund. No thanks to the shoddy company!

I see that almost on a daily basis, a lot of customers saying they've not had refunds. That would suggest the company may be in financial difficulty. I have checked companies house and the company is still showing as active (trading) I'll keep my eye on that and post up any updates.

Not sure how I review with no stars but DO NOT BUY FROM SIGNATURE HOMEWARES after at first responding to advise they would happily refund for my item as I was very unimpressed with the terrible quality of the knitted blanket I received, they subsequently began to ignore my emails chasing the refund that never came. This was now 3 months ago and I’m still without an item - as it was received back by them - a refund and as of rhe 10th December a response from anybody there.
Disgusting behaviour from this company, do not purchase from them, this company is a Scam.

I’m still waiting for the refund and an email letting me know you have received all my emails and the order has been cancelled.

Ordered a mattress topper but was the wrong size sent back on 31st jan and still haven’t received a refund I have emailed 4 times and no reply. AVOID

Order goods 3 weeks ago, sent 4 emails regarding delivery as item not received. No reply to ANY emails, have now started a charge back with Visa. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

After receiving your email regards your personal difficulties within your family I had a better understanding of the 3 week delays. I really do think maybe a plan is put in place just incase anything ever arises again so at the very least your customers are informed at the earliest point. Hopefully then you wouldn’t have received so much back lash and more understanding would have been given. With experience from delays etc from other companies all I need is an update and I think this would suffice with the majority of customers. I wish your family all the best and enjoy your new addition. I received my parcel and all good again thank you!

One star is too much for this company. Before Christmas my items arrived after 2+weeks (not 3-5 days as stated) I sent back products as wrong colour, which is not their fault, but they have not acknowledged the receipt of items (although signed for) and I have been waiting for communication now since 21/12/21. Still no refund. I have emailed countless times, sent a WhatsApp to the details outlined, FB messengered them and no company telephone number to be found. ⛔️** I WANT A REFUND FOR THE RETURNED ITEMS A MONTH AGO NOW PLEASE ** Order ref #64329.⛔️
