Awesome company, great stock. I gave them 4 stars because they run a large scaled vendor for the dolls but small customer service team. Now if they expand customer service team for quick answers/troubleshooting, it would be a 5/5! Otherwise, even with a small team and taking some days before they answer, their customer service is pretty darn good!
