Is never fully charged - Silk'n Tightra
I bought Silk'n Tightra a week ago and I tried to use it first the past Sunday (26/11). It was charging the whole night (Sat. to Sun.) but was not fully charged on Sunday morning and instead of 20 min if worked only 15min, then the battery signaled that it was low and the gadget turned off. Today I have been charging it the whole day and it is not fully charged yet.
I have sent an email asking to exchange the gadget, will see what they say.

Chased seller and they said the product was out of stock despite website showing as available. I was told it would be sent at the end of the week (5 days after order). Still no dispatch notice or update from customer service.
