Was quoted 2 week lead time, but actually took 4 weeks to arrive.

Sil-Mid quote long lead times then do not actually meat the date they have quoted. Very frustrating and poor customer service. Always looking for alternative suppliers, even if they are more expensive, as long as they delivery on the date quoted that is worth paying for.

The service is fantastic but the website can be extremely slow and painful to use regardless of the internet connection. We have been using Silmid for many years and it has always been an issue.

Although the web ordering did not work, one of the sales team helped me and got the order by next day without any issues.

Service from Sales through to delivery was excellent. We will continue to use Sil-Mid for one particular product and should the need arise, we will seriously consider them for other products in the future.
