My experience with this company has been almost perfect I think there was only one time I had an issue but it got resolved. I have been using their service for quite a while and they have great promos if you are in good standings! This most recent interaction I had with customer service was amazing the man that helped me was super friendly very courteous and prompt and made it very easy to get the loan I needed !!

I like Silver Cloud
I like Silver Cloud, but most loaners have a set amount to charge and payback every pay, but you all charge way to much and I've been with you for years. Ive been with other and they only charge not as much. For example: a loan for 5,000 and payback 170 each pay period. You guys charge way to much. Especially with everything thats going on in these times.
