Horrible business practices and no customer service.
I looked over the information - saw nothing that started repayment terms yet they wanted a signed contract. A few seconds later my phone rang and it was a young girl asking for my full social security number. I told her I would give her the last 4 numbers as I was at work and not comfortable giving out my social. I asked her what the terms of this "loan" were she refused to even tell me that. She placed me on hold and then came back and said I am declining you. Look elsewhere for a short term loan. Silver Cloud has no respect for you or your information.

You will end up paying back 10x what you borrow
So I screwed up financially....I needed money to cover an expense...I used silver cloud and I borrowed 600.00....I am going to pay off my account but at 1,763.50. Please dnt use them unless your in a bind or want to pay them forevermore. They take money out every ....
Silvercloud, how are you going to rectify this....you cant unless you give me back half of the 1700.00 dollars I just paid. Also, why would I post on trustpilot with all my private info....last time I use you.
