Great holiday in Portugal organised by Linsay Glaze, Silver Travel Advisor. 😀 Nothing was too much trouble for Linsay. I flew out on a separate flight to meet with my family. Linsay organised the whole holiday to suit all our needs: young family with nanny arriving later for four nights, all travelling home together. Beautiful hotel, air travel and transfers all organised according to our requests and budget. It went like clockwork and Linsay took all the stress out of booking and arranging everything. Highly recommend this way to travel. Thank you.

Second booking with Linsay, our first being a Clipper Cruise last year (which was amazing) and we have just returned from a relaxing beach holiday in Zante. All the criteria which was important to us was met above and beyond. Linsay listens and also asks questions to ensure everything is delivered as it should be. We were delighted that the hotel had been informed by Linsay that we would be celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary during our visit. This resulted in us being presented with bubbles and cake on the day. Thank you Linsay, I look forward to booking with you for next year.

I have just returned from an amazing trip to India and I’d like to thank Jayne for the service and support she has given me from start to finish. I really have experienced a trip of a lifetime in India which more than surpassed my expectations in every way, and this was largely due to Jayne’s knowledge and experience of India so she could make some great suggestions and recommendations for me. Jayne was amazing from the moment we enquired about our trip. We gave her a few ideas of what we wanted to do on our visit to Vietnam 🇻🇳 she organised everything for us, the trip itself, transfers from and to the airport, extra nights accommodation nothing was too much trouble, she was genuinely kind and wanted the best for us. Deborah found me the Classic Spain tour and did a brilliant job getting everything ready. Nothing was too much trouble and she was genuinely concerned I had a great time.

We have booked a trip to Disneyland Paris through Silver Travel and Jayne has been absolutely amazing in supporting us - she has gone out of her way to find the relevant information needed to make our trip successful, as we have a child with additional needs. This is the fourth time I have asked Dianne at Silver Travel for advice on booking a holiday and, as always, she has come up trumps. Dianne responds quickly and goes to great lengths to offer alternatives with lots of information. I have booked both group holidays and singles tours and would find it difficult to go past using Silver Travel, especially Dianne, in the future.

We wanted to book a wedding anniversary trip. Lorraine Davies was so knowledgeable and patient and helped us narrow down our choices. Lorraine really listened to what we wanted and matched our needs. We are 2 couples booking a cruise to the Norwegian Fjords- Julie just got exactly what we were wanting and when we questioned a couple of things, she went away and came back with updates, meeting our requirements perfectly. Great communication and patience. Julie has organised trips for us before- always great service.

Kerry Silver Travel Advisor arranged my skiing holiday in Sestriere, Italy. Once I gave Kerry my requirements she was able to research and take care of all our requirements, from the flights, hotel, equipment hire and ski passes. Kerry stayed in touch with me throughout the booking process up until we flew out, ensuring any last minute details were covered.
We stayed in the Grand Sestriere Hotel, which was 4 star, close to the Milkyway ski area. When we arrived Kerry had a note wating for us wishing us a great holiday, with her contact details should we need anything and a Magnum of Prosecco, which was a very pleasant surprise!!
The lift passes and ski hire was ready on arrival and the hire shop was extremely efficient and were expecting us. The shop was perfectly situated on the edge of the ski area, so there was no carrying the skis to the piste, we could literally come out of the shop, put our skis on and go.
This is a great ski area, no gondola to get up the mountain, you are straight on the chair lifts and skiing within minutes.
We were very lucky with the weather, which was sunny all week and perfect snow conditions. The hotel was excellent, good food, rooms cleaned to a high standard daily, friendly and attentive staff.
I would definitely recommend Kerry Silver Travel Advisor to take care of all your holiday requirements. An excellent service.

Great Thailand experience. I found Sue Lord so helpful, patient and knowledgeable from start to finish whilst booking my holiday to Thailand. I had never been to Thailand and was not sure which trip/holiday to book. Once I explained what I wanted from the holiday Sue was able to give me several options and some valuable advice. It proved to be one of the best holidays ever.

Kerry Lowe is just amazing. We have just returned from our 2nd holiday in Tenerife, both of which we have thoroughly enjoyed. The organising Kerry did for us was so slick and faultless. The only thing we had to do for ourselves was go! The rest was all done for us. We were really in safe hands. She patiently helped us find the right hotel and dates for us. Wonderful service. Sue Lord put together an excellent month long trip to New Zealand, both North and South islands. It was all well above our expectations with great hotels, a good itinerary and done for reasonable prices. I could not have organised it better myself and it would have taken ages to do. Sue worked closely with Audley Travel.

We've booked a week in Lanzarote for the family. Feeling pretty clueless about where to go and what we need, Marie has been patient and kind in presenting us with several options and then answering our questions. We are now feeling reassured and excited about the trip!
